# Elena Kovacheva: ownership and international company screening

Prepared 5 November 2026. Case SP-GTS-001. Public-source follow-up to the requester's report that Elena Kovacheva owns a business called Desmell.

## Ownership follow-up — DESMEL LIMITED identified, 5 November 2026

**A UK business with filed ownership/control for the relevant Elena has been found: DESMEL LIMITED, company 17409432 (one L in DESMEL).** This is a strong match for the earlier reported “Desmell” lead, while the requester has not separately confirmed that the spelling refers to this exact entity. It is not the Swiss fragrance brand previously investigated.

These were retrieved using ordinary TLS-validated public GETs on 5 November 2026, at the exact UTC times in their adjacent metadata.

The **31-page original** gives total capital on **PDF page 5**, Elena's sole initial holding on **page 6**, her initial PSC particulars/control on **pages 8–9**, and her sole subscriber name in the image-based memorandum on **page 12**. Pages **5, 6 and 12 were rendered and visually inspected**. Text from pages 1–11 was reviewed. The remaining image-based articles were not represented as a new full visual review. The memorandum confirms Elena as the named subscriber. The GBP 1 nominal share was recorded unpaid at incorporation; that is capital information, not an estimate of company value or evidence of revenue.

**100% at incorporation and the current 75%+ PSC band are different observations.** The public PSC band is not an exact current share register. Only the incorporation filing was listed on the captured filing-history page, so this review does not claim a complete private ownership history. A registered role or SIC code does not prove actual trading, regulated permissions, misconduct or a successor business.

### Why the supplied officer link mattered

The requester supplied [profile EWB8n-Uj34Pxsb82PxEwS_56TKs](https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/officers/EWB8n-Uj34Pxsb82PxEwS_56TKs/appointments). It lists **one GTS secretary appointment**, rather than every role held by that person. A fresh [UK officer-name search](https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/search/officers?q=Elena%20Kovacheva) surfaced four relevant single-appointment profiles: GTS director and secretary, plus DESMEL director and secretary. The DESMEL [director profile](https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/officers/htwJAV224Qj9JYSrVda2J19CW5c/appointments) supplies the matching birth month/year and nationality. Separate officer IDs are retained; the shared full name, DOB month/year, nationality and business address are strong corroboration, not a shared-ID identity certificate. A serviced-office address by itself would be insufficient.

The older Elena at **TWO AND A HALF BIRDS LTD** has **August 1986** birth details and Bulgarian nationality. Its direct official records were rechecked and it remains excluded from this case. In GTS, Elena is recorded as director/secretary; the retrieved GTS PSC record names Ivan, and the original GTS subscriber allocation was to Ivan. Elena's GTS office is not automatically Elena ownership. Capitalixe's consultant representation likewise is not shareholding evidence.

### International screening: 62 countries and jurisdictions

This pass submitted **124 jurisdiction-targeted public-index queries**, two per jurisdiction: an official registry-domain-limited name query and a broader exact-name/business/country query. Additional global, Cyrillic, transliteration, DESMEL and named-candidate searches were also followed. **No additional foreign ownership attributable to the case Elena was verified.**

This is **indexed-source screening, not 62 comprehensive registry or beneficial-owner searches**. Name-query coverage, indexing, language variants, company-only search interfaces and access restrictions limit the result. Some nominally precise searches returned unrelated content or relaxed name/country constraints. Such results were excluded rather than treated as ownership matches or reliable zero-result counts. Search response completion times were not separately instrumented; assembly time is not the source acquisition date.

The main unresolved foreign lead was **KovaDream Inc.**, Pennsylvania: secondary business/profile material supplies only a same-name lead, and the official Pennsylvania registry [business portal](https://file.dos.pa.gov/search/business) returned **Access Blocked** before a query could be submitted. No ownership or case-person match is claimed. A Kaskada LTD employee-directory hit, Bulgarian businesses with additional middle surnames, aviation/hospitality profiles and academic namesakes lacked the matching identity evidence required for attribution. They are not her confirmed assets. No personal-contact enrichment, subject contact, account creation, paid database purchase or access-control bypass was used.

### Effect on the existing case

The earlier Swiss fragrance-brand branch remains a separate name collision. The new UK company resolves a substantial part of the Elena business-ownership question: a precisely numbered financial-intermediation company and original sole subscriber are now documented. **No retrieved DESMEL record identifies globaltreasury.solutions or Impact as a website, counterparty or owner.** A fresh DESMEL/target cross-pair check did not recover such a link. Neither matching SIC wording nor a shared formation address establishes competition, diversion or succession.

The earlier report below is preserved as research history. Its statements that the intended UK entity was missing and that the relevant officer profile showed only GTS are superseded by the split-profile/DESMEL discovery above.

## Earlier result — before the DESMEL discovery

**The alleged Elena-to-Desmell ownership link remains unverified.** The spelling identifies a public Swiss fragrance-product brand, but the retrieved business notices and trademark record name **Viocap AG** and **wijp GmbH** in different legal roles. No retrieved source links the case Elena, GTS, Capitalixe or Impact Capital to that brand. It would be unsafe to attach the Swiss fragrance business to the case solely because its name matches the supplied lead.

The useful new records are an actual Swiss UID capture for Viocap, an original Canadian trademark PDF, an exact-name UK register search and the GTS Elena's official appointment profile. They narrow what is known without inventing a connection.

## Findings

### DM-01 Website operator and contracting-party representations

The search tool's cached [Desmell imprint](https://desmell.com/en/impressum/) names **Viocap AG, CHE-243.394.487**, Therwil, Switzerland. The separately indexed [contract terms](https://desmell.com/en/agb/) identify Viocap as the party accepting orders and contracting for products. These are website representations about the brand's operator and sales counterparty; they are not evidence of Viocap's shareholders.

The tool reported the imprint as crawled about four weeks earlier and the terms about three weeks earlier. Direct attempts on 5 November 2026 timed out, so the notice text must not be described as a newly captured live-origin response. Failed-request metadata is preserved. The product pages describe scent patches, rather than financial-services consultancy. This distinction alone neither excludes another company using the name nor resolves the requester's intended entity.

### DM-02 Official Swiss entity corroboration

The [Swiss federal UID record](https://www.uid.admin.ch/Detail.aspx?uid_id=CHE243394487) was retrieved directly with HTTP 200 at **2026-11-05 11:36:56.224094 UTC**. It identifies **Viocap AG**, UID **CHE-243.394.487**, active, with a Therwil business address matching the indexed brand notice. The UID record links to Zefix.

The direct UID capture corroborates the existence of that legal entity and the legal identifier displayed in the website notice. It does not establish that Elena owns shares in it. No beneficial-ownership conclusion is drawn from the UID page. Raw files: `sources/desmell/viocap-uid.html`, its text derivative and JSON capture sidecar.

### DM-03 Original trademark record names a different legal role

The [Canadian Intellectual Property Office record for application 2141332](https://ised-isde.canada.ca/cipo/trademark-search/pdf/2141332?lang=eng) was downloaded directly at **2026-11-05 11:37:00.880016 UTC**, HTTP 200. Page 1 identifies the registered owner of the **desmell** design mark as **wijp GmbH**, Switzerland; it gives registration **TMA1246212**, filing date **31 May 2021** and registration date **26 July 2024**. The relevant page was rendered and visually inspected under the PDF review workflow.

This establishes the trademark record's stated owner. It does **not** establish the owner of Viocap, the identity of every distributor, or the legal entity the requester calls Desmell. The business addresses in the notice and mark record coincide, but that alone proves no shareholding relationship. ### DM-04 Exact-name UK search has a bounded negative result

A direct [Companies House search for Desmell](https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/search?q=Desmell), captured at **2026-11-05 11:36:57.600214 UTC**, returned no matching results. This is an exact-query result in the UK search service, not proof that no relevant entity exists under a different legal name, spelling or jurisdiction.

The raw search page and extracted text are preserved as `sources/desmell/companies-house-search.*`. No alternative spelling was promoted into a match without identifying evidence.

### DM-05 The relevant Elena profile does not identify Desmell

The [GTS Elena appointment profile](https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/officers/q-daxDtWvCkuQgMCI0Gkqg54_j4/appointments), captured at **2026-11-05 11:36:58.930067 UTC**, gives June 1996 as birth month/year and displays one appointment, to GTS. This profile supplies no Desmell appointment.

Officer profiles can be incomplete or split across identifiers, and appointments do not list every shareholding. Therefore this is not proof that she has no other business interests. The separate Elena associated with Two and a Half Birds is excluded by the parent branch's different birth details; it must not be used as a substitute match.

### DM-06 No identifying bridge was found in the reviewed public results

Exact case-name combinations involving Desmell, Viocap, wijp and Elena Kovacheva were reviewed. None of the returned material inspected in this branch supplied an identifying connection to the case subjects. The search record is saved in `sources/desmell/search-log.md`.

Secondary Swiss directories supplied EHRA 1428592 and a management name, Pei Angela Willimann, for Viocap. These are source-discovery clues only in this report: management is not share ownership, and those secondary entries do not identify the case Elena. The official Zefix route was unavailable through the web retrieval tool. No current commercial-register shareholder extract or ownership certificate was obtained.

## Best next identifying evidence

The next productive item is a precise identifier from the requester: the intended business's full legal name, company number, jurisdiction, website, invoice, contract or original business communication. A trading name and a legal company name can differ. If the allegation concerns a reseller or separate company, a brand owner's trademark record will not identify that reseller's shareholders.

Until that identifier is supplied, retain the Elena-to-Desmell edge as **reported by requester / unverified**, with no confirmed connection to Viocap or wijp. There is no supported basis to describe the requester's account as disproved.

## Evidence preservation

`sources/desmell/manifest.json` lists the direct-source request URLs, status/error, actual client retrieval times where successful, byte lengths and SHA-256 hashes. Adjacent metadata files preserve the same detail. The Canadian original PDF, its text derivative and its visual review page are retained. The imprint and terms have failure metadata rather than fabricated raw captures. The search log distinguishes cached/indexed material from direct successful retrievals.

All activity was public and read-only. No messages, contact forms, purchases, account access or subject contact occurred.
