F18–F20 and F39 preserve registration, certificate and DNS observation as separate events. Current provider guidance supports a Microsoft 365/GoDaddy-associated configuration; it does not establish a Namecheap Private Email subscription or exclude a past reseller relationship. A date-shaped SOA serial is a zone version, not mailbox creation.

## Impact and GRiOT attribution

The observed `impactcapital.ltd` 301 redirects to `studio.impactcapital.ltd` (S26). The studio’s retrieved legal notice names **IMPACT CAPITAL MANAGEMENT Sàrl, CHE-464.300.033** (S23), corroborated as an exact entity in official Swiss records (S24). GRiOT names the same operator (S25). These support website operator claims and entity existence, not current beneficial ownership of every project.

Fresh registry RDAP gives Impact registration 24 September 2023 and transfer metadata 28 September 2026; current registrar Cloudflare. Redacted registrar data reveals CH/Vaud, not a named owner (F40, S83–S84). Jobs/news pages display “Content coming soon”; the finance page uses generic brokerage/DeFi language. This does not prove an absence of trading (F41).

The GTS-to-Impact bridge remains requester-reported and unverified. Fresh protocol/host variants, archives and independent searches supplied no attributable historical capture. TLS failure, archive 429/504, registrar 429, redaction and unavailable current Swiss extract are actual limitations, not proof that the reported route never existed. FINMA exact-name zero results and an inconclusive SRO route support no licence-necessity or lawful/unlawful-activity conclusion (F42).

## Capitalixe regional brand and official UAE licence

The global site links the `.ae` regional site. English and Arabic privacy notices name Capitalixe Limited with a UK contact, without a company number. Regional team pages repeat Ivan, Lissele and Elena. These publisher links support a brand association; they do not alone allocate all UAE contracts to UK company 11853977 (F15, F43).

A subsequent official public Dubai search discovered **CAPITALIXE L.L.C-FZ**, DUL **DE7567**, licence **2205459.01**, active under **Meydan City Corporation-MCC**. The exact detail and downloaded portal PDF list issue 23 December 2022, expiry 22 December 2026, Management Consultancy Activities and **ivan@capitalixe.com**. This is a documented licence-to-brand-domain contact bridge (F46). It supersedes the earlier missing-identifier blocker. Shareholders, beneficial owners, managers, actual mailbox control, exact website contracting allocation and any GTS link remain unestablished. The licence issue date predates the October 2025 marketing announcement.

The `.ae` and `.com` introducer brochure PDFs are byte-identical by SHA-256 and are one preserved document source (S52, alternate URL retained). Its January 2025 cover and mutable creation metadata do not establish first public availability. “No Exclusivity Required” concerns commercial introducers; it is not director conflict consent, and no earned commission or GTS customer follows from the brochure (F30).

## Pinnacle candidate domain

Official records identify a prior joint company, PINNACLE GLOBAL PAYMENT SOLUTIONS LTD 12087104, with a direct shared Lissele officer profile and original shares/wind-down/accounts. A public-index LinkedIn rendition suggests `pinnacle-fx.com`; its direct page returned 403, domain variants failed DNS, archive returned 429 and RDAP 404 (F38). The candidate domain is not a confirmed legal operator/ownership attribution. RDAP 404 does not establish historical non-registration. No GTS successor/client transfer is established.

## Other operator leads and exclusions

Fintech Transact’s retrieved privacy notice points to a misspelled Florida entity candidate; official records identify FINTECH TRANSACTIONS MARKETING LLC, L24000238635. Name/postcode discrepancies remain, and generic “Global Treasury Solutions” service wording is not a UK company-number link (F21).

For the Swiss Desmell brand candidate, indexed legal notices identify Viocap AG as seller and the Canadian trademark identifies wijp GmbH as mark owner. Those roles, company shares and distributorship differ. The requester’s intended Desmell business remains unidentified; no Elena link is established (F22).

The older UK company 06459172 with exactly the GTS name is excluded as a separate name collision (F36). Shared hosting, nameservers, office addresses, generic service language and visual similarity are research clues rather than independently confirmed ownership edges.

## Focused domain/company review

A second indexed contact page publishes the general email (F48). These are supported observations; the named global operator and the proposed company/domain and domain/domain links remain unverified (F53). The source records preserve exact times where instrumented, date-only indexed retrieval where completion was not recorded, and original acquisition times for reused filings.
