# Company filings and the two treasury domains

Review date: 5 November 2026. Scope: find a public-document bridge between **GLOBAL TREASURY SOLUTIONS LTD 15907803**, **treasurysolutions.com**, and **globaltreasury.solutions**, using the actual preserved corporate documents and exact legal-entity searches.

**Result: no direct company-to-domain attribution was found in this branch.** All five listed company filings, totalling 36 PDF pages, were reviewed for the target domains, emails, alternative trading names, identifiable filing agents and operator identifiers. The corporate documents establish Ivan and Elena’s registered roles, Ivan’s initial shareholding/control, and the strike-off authorisation. They do not identify either target domain as the company’s website or email domain. This leaves the domain bridge unverified; it does not show that the domains were unrelated.

No original was overwritten or re-downloaded. The review reuses the originals and renders acquired earlier in the investigation. Source hashes, original retrieval timestamps and exact URLs are indexed in `sources/domain-bridge-corporate/manifest.json`. Structured findings are in `sources/domain-bridge-corporate/findings.json`; its confirmed-domain-edge list is empty.

### Incorporation detail

Pages 1–2 identify the legal entity and its proposed registered office. Page 3 identifies Elena as secretary; page 4 identifies Ivan and Elena as directors. Pages 5–6 show the one initial ordinary share allotted to Ivan. Pages 7–9 identify his initial PSC control. Page 11 identifies the authenticated subscriber. Page 12 is the memorandum naming Ivan. The articles on pp. 13–30 are provisions about corporate governance, shares and meetings, not a schedule of operational websites. Their general references to electronic communications and addresses are not evidence of a particular domain or mailbox.

The registered office is the known Shelton Street correspondence address. No address-to-domain inference is made. An address shared with other businesses cannot independently establish common domain operation.

### Text layers and image pages

The incorporation has native text on pp. 1–11; pp. 12–30 are image-based. CS01 has native text on all 3 pages. DS01 and the two Gazette notices are image-based. In total, 14 pages had native text and 22 were image pages. A blank extracted text string was not treated as an empty page. The image pages were reviewed from preserved renders; the articles were examined in three labelled contact sheets covering pp. 13–18, 19–24 and 25–30. Earlier full-page reviews of the memorandum and DS01 are preserved in the corporate-control branch.

`pdf-inspection.json` records each page’s native text length, whether either target domain appeared, and URI annotations. No target domain was found in the native text. No URI annotation was found on any of the 36 pages. Metadata identifies Apache FOP for generated IN01/CS01 and TIFF-to-PDF rendering software for scanned documents. Those software names provide no domain-ownership bridge. PDF creation metadata is not a website launch date.

## Register and exact-search checks

The preserved [company overview](https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/15907803), [officers](https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/15907803/officers), [PSC page](https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/15907803/persons-with-significant-control), and [filing index](https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/15907803/filing-history) were also checked for website/domain fields in their substantive company information. No target domain is disclosed. Generic links belonging to the government service are not company websites.

At **2026-11-05 12:25:10 UTC**, four focused exact searches were captured:

- `"15907803" "treasurysolutions.com"`
- `"15907803" "globaltreasury.solutions"`
- `"GLOBAL TREASURY SOLUTIONS LTD" "treasurysolutions.com"`
- `"GLOBAL TREASURY SOLUTIONS LTD" "globaltreasury.solutions"`

The web tool returned **empty search results** for that batch. The exact queries and raw response are preserved in `search-check.json`. This is a bounded search outcome, not evidence that no relevant public page ever existed. Earlier broader searches returned statutory records, generic uses of “global treasury solutions,” and unrelated entities rather than a direct domain attribution. No generic phrase match was promoted into a corporate connection.

One legal-name collision matters: [GLOBAL TREASURY SOLUTIONS LTD 06459172](https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/06459172) is an older company incorporated 21 December 2007 and dissolved 11 July 2023, at a different registered office. Its company number differs from 15907803. The already preserved official record is reused, and this entity remains excluded from the target company’s domain map. Similar names alone do not bridge it to either domain.

## What would supply the missing bridge

The corporate records narrow the identity of the company and its officers, but the missing fact is **operational domain attribution**. Useful evidence would be:

1. An original email with full headers and a contemporaneous signature identifying 15907803, ideally supported by a contract or invoice. The supplied Ivan/Elena addresses are still requester reports until originals establish actual use.
2. A dated historical legal notice, terms/privacy page or downloadable company document hosted on either target domain that explicitly names the legal entity/number.
3. A contemporaneous counterparty document naming both the legal entity and the relevant domain/mailbox.
4. A domain registration, hosting or email-service record that identifies the registrant/customer and has provenance adequate to tie that person or entity to the company. Public shared hosting or a common mail provider is insufficient.

The current redirect or reuse of a hostname belongs to the separate technical/historical website branch. Even a proven present redirect to Impact Capital would establish current routing, not automatically the historical operator of UK company 15907803 or its email domain. This branch found no public filing that closes that gap.

No account was accessed, no subject contacted, and no non-public registration information requested.
