# Global Treasury and Impact Capital domain and operator trail

## Content-attribution follow-up · 5 November 2026

The [later domain review](domain-connection-investigation.md) recovered the Global homepage at 13:00 UTC: it credits **Impact Capital Management** as builder and publishes **info@impactcapital.ltd**. Capture required disabling validation of the expired certificate; this is a website-published builder/contact association with that authentication limitation, not legal ownership proof. The UK-company/domain link remains unconfirmed. The 200 homepage is not an observed onward redirect. Earlier statements below describe the prior capture scope.

## Later network-review update · 5 November 2026

The subsequent [two-network investigation](network-connection-investigation.md) recovered a specific infrastructure link: `globaltreasury.solutions` shares IPv4 **83.228.211.130** with `mail.zingalabs.org`, the current MX destination for Impact, GRiOT and Zinga. Historical provider address intervals overlap, without proving uninterrupted use or historical MX configuration. This updates any earlier broad statement below that no Global-to-Impact link was recovered. **The reported HTTP redirect remains unverified, and the link from company 15907803 or the named individuals to operation of the Global domain remains unestablished.** The original pass's observations and access failures are retained as research history.

Prepared 5 November 2026. This is a public-source research report, not a finding of wrongdoing. Website statements establish what a website represents; they do not independently establish the legal ownership of that website or a relationship with the UK company.

## Result

**A precise Swiss operator has been identified for the live Impact Capital website.** Its legal pages name **IMPACT CAPITAL MANAGEMENT Sàrl**, Swiss UID **CHE-464.300.033**, in Lausanne. `impactcapital.ltd` currently redirects to `studio.impactcapital.ltd`, and that destination serves the identifying legal pages. A separate public platform, `griot.im`, names the same operator, UID, commercial-register number and business address.

**The claimed Global Treasury → Impact connection has not yet been independently reproduced.** The Global Treasury HTTPS endpoint presents an expired certificate, so the normal verified request stops before receiving HTTP content. The HTTP endpoint only redirects to its own HTTPS URL. No invalid-certificate exception was used. This failure is not evidence that the requester’s previously observed link or redirect did not exist.

**There is new dated infrastructure evidence:** the certificate currently presented for `globaltreasury.solutions` begins its validity on **23 January 2026**, and includes signed certificate-transparency timestamps on that date. This is consistent with infrastructure activity in January, but it does **not** establish a website launch, ownership, actual trading, or the date content first appeared.

## Findings

| ID | Finding and status | Supporting evidence | Limitations |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| GI-01 | **Documented HTTP observation:** `https://impactcapital.ltd/` returned a 301 redirect to `https://studio.impactcapital.ltd/`; destination returned 200. | Raw response headers captured 2026-11-05, server dates 11:27:21–11:27:22 UTC; `sources/impactcapital-headers.txt`, `sources/impactcapital-live.html`. | Confirms routing at this observation time. It does not identify historic operators or prove any UK-company relationship. |
| GI-02 | **Documented website representation:** the live [terms](https://studio.impactcapital.ltd/terms) and [privacy page](https://studio.impactcapital.ltd/privacy) identify IMPACT CAPITAL MANAGEMENT Sàrl, UID CHE-464.300.033, Lausanne. | Direct HTTPS 200 captures: terms 11:28:00.794389 UTC; privacy 11:28:00.604521 UTC. Both display a policy revision date of 17 March 2026. | The date is a page’s self-declared revision date, not a verified launch date or incorporation date. The Swiss register must independently establish the entity and management. |
| GI-03 | **Documented website representation:** [GRiOT’s about page](https://griot.im/about) identifies the same Swiss legal operator and UID, commercial-register number CH-550.1.085.203-9 and business address Chemin du Bois-Gentil 25, 1018 Lausanne. | Direct HTTPS 200 capture; exact retrieval timestamp is in `sources/impact-griot-about-metadata.json`. | Corroborating self-published attribution across websites. It is not independent evidence that GTS, Ivan, Elena or Capitalixe is involved. |
| GI-04 | **Documented public contact identifiers:** the [Impact contact page](https://studio.impactcapital.ltd/contact) publishes `info@impactcapital.ltd`; privacy and legal pages publish `privacy@impactcapital.ltd` and `legal@impactcapital.ltd`. | Contact captured 11:28:00.340122 UTC. Public addresses are rendered through Cloudflare’s ordinary email-obfuscation markup, preserved in the HTML. | No emails were sent and no mailbox ownership was tested. These are website-published business addresses, distinct from `treasurysolutions.com`. |
| GI-05 | **Documented protocol observation:** `http://globaltreasury.solutions/` returned 301 to `https://globaltreasury.solutions/`. Verified HTTPS failed because the server certificate is expired. | HTTP server date 11:27:20 UTC, `sources/globaltreasury-http-headers.txt`; certificate and handshake files listed below. | This records only the first HTTP hop. No HTTP response beyond the failed TLS validation was inspected. In particular, a redirect to Impact has not been verified by this capture. |
| GI-06 | **Documented certificate observation:** the presented certificate’s subject is `globaltreasury.solutions`; SANs are that domain and `www.globaltreasury.solutions`. Issuer is Let’s Encrypt E7. Validity runs **2026-01-23 10:31:27 UTC to 2026-04-23 10:31:26 UTC**. Embedded SCT timestamps are **2026-01-23 11:29:58.144** and **11:29:58.277 UTC**. | `sources/globaltreasury-certificate.pem`, `sources/globaltreasury-certificate-details.txt`, `sources/globaltreasury-tls-handshake.txt`. | A certificate supports a dated domain-infrastructure observation. It does not identify the registrant, establish content, prove launch, or support a family/company connection. No Impact domain appears in the SANs. Certificate inspection did not bypass validation to retrieve site content. |
| GI-07 | **Documented website representation:** [the public Impact capital page](https://vc.impactcapital.ltd/capital) presents Impact Capital and Zinga Labs as a platform family. [zingalabs.org](https://zingalabs.org/) independently presents a gateway directing its capital path to `vc.impactcapital.ltd` and studio path to `studio.zingalabs.org`. | Capital page direct capture at 11:28:46.969994 UTC; Zinga gateway at 11:29:57.490599 UTC. | This is a public website relationship, not proof of legal share ownership. Neither page establishes a link to GTS. |
| GI-08 | **Unresolved:** no retrieved Impact public page in this branch attributes Global Treasury Solutions, Capitalixe, Ivan Kovachev or Elena Kovacheva to this Swiss platform. | About, contact, legal, finance-industry and public capital pages were reviewed. Exact name/domain combination searches also returned no relevant result. | Bounded negative search only. Absence from these pages is not proof of no involvement. Password-protected venture information was not accessed. |

## Followed secondary leads

The current Impact capital page links or describes RocketWeb3, Swisscofunding, 101RE, Agriland, GRiOT and further Zinga ventures. This is **the publisher’s advertised portfolio**, not independently verified holdings.

Direct public homepage checks were completed for:

- [Swisscofunding](https://swisscofunding.com): markets a platform involving tokenized finance and corporate treasury, while describing its rollout as forthcoming. No case names were found in the retrieved homepage. Service overlap at the level of the word “treasury” is not linking evidence.
- [RocketWeb3](https://www.rocketweb3.io/): advertises a venture launchpad and waiting list, with a Swiss location. No case names were found in the retrieved homepage.
- [101RE](https://101re.org): presents a circular-economy platform. No case names were found in the retrieved homepage.
- [Zinga Labs gateway](https://zingalabs.org/gateway): supplies the explicit public link back to the Impact capital subdomain noted in GI-07.
- [GRiOT](https://griot.im/about): supplies the strongest additional operator-identification corroboration, described in GI-03.

The Impact studio’s [venture page](https://studio.impactcapital.ltd/our-ventures) displays a password gate. No passwords were guessed, no login was attempted, and no private materials were accessed. No inquiry forms were submitted.

These sites provide a larger research tree, but the missing bridge remains Global Treasury’s relationship to Impact. Expanding unrelated portfolio marketing indefinitely would not resolve that bridge.

## Passive history checks and limitations

1. **Internet Archive CDX:** an exact-domain archive-index request timed out after 30 seconds without a response. No historical capture was retrieved. Files: `sources/global-archive-headers.txt` (empty on timeout); the requested URL was `https://web.archive.org/cdx/search/cdx?url=globaltreasury.solutions/*&output=json&filter=statuscode:200&collapse=urlkey`.
2. **Existing urlscan records:** the public [search API](https://urlscan.io/api/v1/search/?q=domain%3Aglobaltreasury.solutions) returned zero results at 11:28:46.596393 UTC, but its response explicitly states a **30-day search limit**. This cannot support a claim that no historic scans or website activity exist. No scan was submitted.
3. **crt.sh:** the exact-domain public certificate-index request timed out. The certificate finding instead comes from the certificate presently offered by the domain’s HTTPS endpoint.
4. **Indexed versus live pages:** the web retrieval tool initially served an old Impact homepage snapshot and failed to fetch several current routes. Direct verified HTTPS requests succeeded and provided the current `studio` routing and legal identifiers. Preserve this distinction; do not date current findings from the search engine’s older crawl date.

## Next checks that would resolve the missing bridge

1. Obtain the requester’s original screenshot, browser history entry, saved page or redirect capture showing the Global Treasury → Impact path, preserving its actual date and full URL. This is the highest-value missing item for this branch.
2. Obtain archived Global Treasury captures or an independent historical redirect record. A past redirect would document routing at a time; additional evidence would still be needed to establish who instructed it.
3. Resolve the Swiss UID against official Swiss registry records and original publications. The corporate-record research branch has been sent the UID and exact legal name. Secondary directories associate Yacouba Mouanfon Ngouh with management, but that requires official verification and does not create a relationship to the UK subjects.
4. Compare any dated GTS legal notices, invoices, emails and source documents with the Swiss identifiers and business contact addresses. Shared technology, geographic proximity or similar financial vocabulary should remain clues only.
5. Treat 23 January 2026 as a certificate/infrastructure event in the timeline, separate from the requester’s unsupported January launch claim.

## Preserved source files

Raw HTML and extracted visible text are paired with `*-metadata.json` files giving exact request and completion times, final URL, status or error. Key artifacts:

- `sources/impactcapital-headers.txt`, `sources/impactcapital-live.html`
- `sources/impact-about.{html,txt}`, `sources/impact-contact.{html,txt}`
- `sources/impact-privacy.{html,txt}`, `sources/impact-terms.{html,txt}`
- `sources/impact-our-ventures.{html,txt}` (public password-gate page only)
- `sources/impact-build-with-us.{html,txt}`, `sources/impact-industries-finance-trading.{html,txt}`
- `sources/impact-vc-capital.{html,txt}`, `sources/impact-griot-about.{html,txt}`
- `sources/portfolio-*.{html,txt}` for the four followed public venture sites
- `sources/globaltreasury-http-headers.txt`, `sources/globaltreasury-http.html`
- `sources/globaltreasury-certificate.pem`, `sources/globaltreasury-certificate-details.txt`, `sources/globaltreasury-tls-handshake.txt`
- `sources/global-urlscan-search.html` (the API’s raw JSON response despite the generic extension), `sources/global-urlscan-search-metadata.json`
- `sources/global-crt-search-metadata.json`

A source manifest records file byte counts, SHA-256 digests and filesystem capture times. Hashes protect the saved snapshot from unnoticed later changes; they do not independently authenticate the website’s claims or historical state.
