# Connections between the Kovachev company network and the Impact network

## Sources.Africa infrastructure lead → actor check — 5 November 2026

**Positive result: Sources.Africa has a specific infrastructure association with Impact, stronger than generic hosting-provider overlap. No Ivan/affiliate-to-Sources connection is established.** This supersedes treating Sources solely as a byline candidate; legal operator identity remains unresolved.

| Fresh observation | Exact result | What it establishes |
|---|---|---|
| Sources root and www A | `83.228.211.130` | Website address equality with Global and Zinga mail. |
| Sources MX | `10 mail.zingalabs.org` | The same specific mail-routing destination as Impact. |
| Sources SPF | `v=spf1 mx ip4:83.228.211.130 -all` | Authorises its MX and that IPv4 to send mail. |
| Impact MX / SPF | `10 mail.zingalabs.org`; `v=spf1 ip4:83.228.211.130 ~all` | Specific shared mail configuration. Impact's public web A records are Cloudflare addresses, so web-A equality with Impact is not claimed. |
| Capitalixe .com / .ae MX and SPF | Proofpoint MX; Google SPF | Different public mail routing. Cloudflare front ends conceal origins, so different web IPs cannot exclude a shared hidden origin. |

Primary DNS: [Sources A](https://dns.google/resolve?name=sources.africa&type=A), [Sources MX](https://dns.google/resolve?name=sources.africa&type=MX), [Sources TXT](https://dns.google/resolve?name=sources.africa&type=TXT), [Impact MX](https://dns.google/resolve?name=impactcapital.ltd&type=MX), [Impact TXT](https://dns.google/resolve?name=impactcapital.ltd&type=TXT). Captured at approximately 15:49:55–15:49:57 UTC; individual exact times, URLs, hashes and answers are in [DNS summary](sources/sources-africa/dns-summary.json). Direct queries to ns69.domaincontrol.com timed out; they are not independent corroboration.

The defensible route is **Sources.Africa → MX → Zinga mail ← MX ← Impact**. Sources also shares the Global web IPv4. These are observations about infrastructure; they do not identify the hosting subscriber, prove common ownership or establish that Sources is an Impact investment or operating company. The earlier Y. Mouanfon byline is consistent with the research lead but still does not independently identify the registered Swiss member-manager.

### What was tested toward Ivan

The Sources [contact](https://www.sources.africa/en/contact), [finance](https://www.sources.africa/en/finance), [partnership](https://www.sources.africa/en/partnership), hub, blog and linked article were captured. Four public contacts were recovered: contact@, partenariat@, media@ and support@ **sources.africa**. No contact matches the actor-side identifiers. No external business hyperlink, named Ivan/Elena/Capitalixe/Pinnacle/GTS/DESMEL counterparty or UK/UAE company identifier was recovered from these pages. The finance page describes a **proposed Sources Africa Community Climate Asset Finance Facility**, with manager, jurisdiction and contractual relationships still to be agreed; this is not an identified partner bank or registered company. Generic references to impact capital are not the Swiss legal name.

The [registry RDAP](https://rdap.nic.africa/rdap/domain/sources.africa) records registration **23 May 2026 at 09:17:05.082746 UTC**, GoDaddy and ns69/ns70.domaincontrol.com. It publishes privacy service **Domains By Proxy, LLC**, not the underlying customer. Registrar/abuse staff and contacts are excluded as operator candidates. The 4 June last-changed event is not treated as ownership transfer.

Public [Sources A history](https://whoisfreaks.com/tools/dns/history/lookup/sources.africa?type=A&page=1) exposes `83.228.211.130`, first seen **25 May**, last seen **16 August 2026**. The limited exposed [Capitalixe.com history](https://whoisfreaks.com/tools/dns/history/lookup/capitalixe.com?type=A&page=1) row is `160.153.133.150` (31 August 2023–4 July 2024); [.ae](https://whoisfreaks.com/tools/dns/history/lookup/capitalixe.ae?type=A&page=1) shows `188.114.97.3` / `188.114.96.3` (20 November 2025–6 February 2026). These do not supply an IP match. Other rows are sign-in masked; dummy 1999 placeholders are not observations. This does not exclude a match in unavailable history or hidden origins.

The public certificate index disclosed `wedevnext.sources.africa`; a single ordinary public root GET returned a French Sources homepage. No actor or named developer connection emerged. The hostname is not proof of an agency identity. No exact certificate public-key match was found in the preserved case certificate set. crt.sh failed with 502; the separately captured CertSpotter result supplies the hostname observation.

The expanded audit covers **43 entities, 66 relationships (49 documented), 98 saved HTML captures across 14 root domains**, including Sources and its public subdomain. It finds no cross-group anchor, person/company mention, matching extracted business contact, tracker/site ID or exact external link. Documented-edge paths from the assessed Ivan/affiliate nodes to Sources remain absent, while the positive Sources-to-Impact infrastructure path is present. Recaptures are not independent websites. [Audit](sources/sources-africa/audit-result.json) · [script](sources/sources-africa/audit.py) · [11-query ledger](sources/sources-africa/search-ledger.json).

**Timing retained without attribution:** Sources registered three calendar days before GTS dissolution (26 May) and four after the final notice's printed strike-off date (19 May). The historical address was first observed one day before dissolution. These are real date comparisons across still-unconnected actors, not evidence Ivan registered the domain or transferred business. Neither first-seen nor registry registration proves launch or activity.

**Remaining missing step:** a named Sources operator/customer/contact or transaction identifying Ivan or a demonstrated affiliate. The IP/MX lead establishes a new technical member of the target infrastructure, but it does not close that actor-side gap. No subject was contacted, and no sign-in or private account was accessed.

## Ivan Kovachev ↔ Mouanfon Ngouh Yacouba — focused follow-up, 5 November 2026

**No direct personal or commercial connection was established in this follow-up.** This pass tested work history, the exact Capitalixe founder profile, the published professional-network mention, additional venture clues and connected-file discovery. The current Impact member/manager finding remains established separately (S188); it does not identify a relationship with Ivan.

| Route | Evidence actually recovered | Missing connection |
|---|---|---|
| Work history | [Crunchbase's Ivan profile](https://www.crunchbase.com/person/ivan-kovachev-efb8) says he was an Executive Dealer at IFX Payments. Its LinkedIn link leads to [i-kovachev](https://www.linkedin.com/in/i-kovachev); a direct ordinary public GET recovered a profile naming Capitalixe and the University of the West of England, 2011–2014. | IFX is a secondary-source employment claim without dates or primary employer corroboration. The public LinkedIn view masks detailed experience. No source places Yacouba at IFX, Ebury, Currencycloud or the same employer as Ivan. His historic J.P. Morgan (Suisse) procuration is a separate verified role, not a shared-workplace finding. |
| Barclays | The previously preserved GetProspect directory lists the exact Yacouba name and a dealer/project-monitoring role. | No dated primary Barclays employment evidence; no Ivan employment or actual counterparty relationship with that bank recovered. Industry commentary does not bridge people. |
| Named professional intermediary | [Emanuel Movtady's public post](https://www.linkedin.com/posts/emanuel-movtady-8b230012b_theres-a-hard-truth-about-building-anything-activity-7481126187981971456-Mq7D) was now directly retrieved, overcoming the earlier web-cache failure. It thanks a person written as “yacouba mouanfon ngouh” for early feedback. Publisher JSON-LD gives **9 July 2026, 23:24:35.796 UTC**. | The name is plain text without a profile hyperlink in the retrieved public post, whereas several other names have links. This does not independently identify the Swiss register person, confirm a platform role, or connect Ivan. Exact Ivan/Capitalixe–Movtady searches returned no attributable result. Co-listed people are not presumed to know one another. |
| Newly found venture clue | [Sources.Africa homepage](https://www.sources.africa/en) has an article by “Y. Mouanfon”. Its [team page](https://www.sources.africa/en/team) leaves the active founder unnamed; its [legal notice](https://www.sources.africa/en/legal) contains placeholders rather than an RCCM, NIU or named legal representative. | No exact identity, legal operator, Impact ownership or Ivan/Capitalixe connection established. It is a name-based lead only, not an additional proved Yacouba company. |
| Existing connected files | Narrow Google Drive searches for Mouanfon, Yacouba and Impact Capital each returned zero matching results. | Search coverage is bounded; no mailbox or complete private communications review occurred. |

Exact-name, alternate-name-order, legal/business and employer checks are recorded in the [query ledger](sources/ivan-yacouba/search-ledger.json). Relaxed searches returning school records, sports pages, namesakes and generic directories were excluded as matches. The 32-query ledger is not a certificate of absence. A supplementary Semrush backlink discovery failed for insufficient API units; no backlink conclusions were drawn from it.

**Result:** neither a shared employer nor a named mutual business relationship, shared appointment, transaction, referral or original communication was recovered. The next decisive evidence would name both people (or their demonstrated businesses) in the same attributable relationship. No contact was made with any subject and no sign-in gates were bypassed.

Acquisition metadata, successful response bodies/text and the separate index excerpt are preserved in [the evidence folder](sources/ivan-yacouba/manifest.json). Public LinkedIn suggestions, follower counts and login prompts are not treated as connections. Website self-dates and structured publication fields are publisher statements, not independent first-publication certificates.

## Direct Ivan/affiliate → Impact check — 5 November 2026

**The target is Ivan or a demonstrated associated business directly connected to IMPACT CAPITAL MANAGEMENT Sàrl, CHE-464.300.033 / impactcapital.ltd. No such direct connection is established in the reviewed evidence.** GTS/Pinnacle/DESMEL timing does not supply that connection, and the similarly named Global domain is not required as an intermediary in this check.

The current official Vaud register is now populated and its one-page extract has been downloaded and visually checked. Dated **5 November 2026**, it lists **Mouanfon Ngouh Yacouba as the sole registered member and manager, holding all 200 parts of CHF100 (CHF20,000 total), with individual signature**. No Ivan, Elena, Capitalixe, Pinnacle, GTS or DESMEL appears in the member/manager row. This is a current registered-shareholding finding, not an independent beneficial-ownership investigation. The unsigned internet extract states that only a certified signed/sealed extract has legal value. It supersedes the earlier current-extract availability gap, while preserving the failed attempts as history.

[Official register](https://prestations.vd.ch/pub/101266/extract?lang=FR&companyOfsUid=CHE-464.300.033) · [preserved PDF](sources/direct-impact/impact-current-extract.pdf) · [capture and review metadata](sources/direct-impact/impact-current-extract.json).

| Direct route tested | Result in reviewed records |
|---|---|
| Ivan → Impact / its registered member-manager | No shared registered appointment, identified transaction, business contact or attributable joint statement recovered. |
| Capitalixe UK / UAE → Impact | No cross-group named counterparty, exact contact/site identifier or website link in the preserved comparison; current Impact extract names neither. |
| Pinnacle or GTS → Impact | Filed roles establish Ivan's association on the UK side. No retrieved record identifies Impact as their contractor, customer, partner, controller or counterparty. |
| Elena / DESMEL → Impact | DESMEL and company number 17409432 were added to the target-site name scan; Elena and DESMEL were added as graph starting nodes. No target mention or documented path was found. DESMEL's incorporation records identify Elena, not Impact. |

The refreshed audit covers **42 entities, 63 recorded relationships (46 documented), and 86 saved successful HTML captures across 13 root domains**. It found no cross-group company/person mention, anchor or shared extracted email, telephone link, tracker/site ID or exact external link. Documented-edge traversal in both directions found no path from Ivan, Elena, DESMEL or the assessed corporate/domain affiliates to Impact, its domain or its registered member-manager. This snapshot predates adding the newly obtained current-shareholding edge; that edge stays entirely within the Impact group. Recaptures are not independent websites; no DESMEL website was identified or silently treated as searched.

The [audit output](sources/direct-impact/audit-result.json), [script](sources/direct-impact/audit.py) and [targeted search ledger](sources/direct-impact/search-ledger.json) preserve scope. Search negatives and a graph built from known evidence cannot exclude private or uncaptured relationships.

**The precise missing evidence is an attributable record naming both sides**: for example an Impact agreement, invoice, payment counterparty, referral instruction, original correspondence, shared appointment or hosting/customer record that identifies Ivan or an established affiliate. The Global site's published Impact builder/contact credit remains a separate finding with its expired-TLS caveat; it does not identify Ivan's side. No outreach was made to any subject.

## Chain re-audit — 5 November 2026

**Result: no complete documented chain from Ivan, Capitalixe, Pinnacle or the UK company to `globaltreasury.solutions` or the identified Swiss Impact group was established in the reviewed data.** “Impact global” is interpreted here as the case's Impact Capital Management / `impactcapital.ltd` / Zinga group; unrelated similarly named businesses are not substituted.

This pass re-examined the **41 entities and 60 recorded relationships**, followed the **44 documented edges in both directions**, and expanded the earlier HTML comparison from 60 to **86 successful saved captures across 13 root domains**. The newly recovered Global homepage and `www` capture were included. The starting records included Ivan, UK Capitalixe, Pinnacle, GTS 15907803, the Capitalixe `.ae` domain and the UAE licence entity. No documented-only path reached Global, Impact, Zinga or the historically named Impact manager. Searching in both directions avoids losing a path merely because the graph stores an arrow in the opposite direction. It does not make different relationship types equivalent.

The expanded preserved-HTML comparison found **no cross-group anchor, named-person/company mention, matching extracted tracker/site identifier, business email, telephone link or exact external link**. Public Cloudflare-obfuscated email strings were decoded for the email comparison. Relevant identifier classes and each source file/hash are recorded in the [audit result](sources/chain-audit/audit-result.json) and [reproducible local audit script](sources/chain-audit/audit.py). Inclusion of a supplied email domain or a PR provider in the discovery set does not certify legal affiliation. There was no successful modern TreasurySolutions.com or Pinnacle HTML in this comparison; unavailable content was not silently counted as searched. Some of the 86 files are recaptures or fallback pages, not 86 independent websites.

| Proposed route | What is supported | Exact missing step / result |
|---|---|---|
| Ivan → GTS 15907803 → Global domain → Impact | Filed GTS roles/control; Global's published Impact builder/contact credit and specific infrastructure association | **GTS → Global is name similarity only.** The requester did not assert this association. No completed actor-to-target chain. |
| Ivan → Capitalixe UK / `.com` / `.ae` → Global or Impact | UK directorship, company-published founder role, official `.ae` registrant string, exact identifiers shared within Capitalixe | No cross-group hyperlink, person/company mention, shared extracted site identifier, disclosed contract or shared controller recovered. Separate mainstream-provider use does not close the chain. |
| Ivan → Pinnacle 12087104 → Global or Impact | Official prior directorship/control filings and co-founder records | No attributable counterparty/domain link to either target. The `pinnacle-fx.com` candidate itself remains unverified; its unavailable modern page cannot be used to supply the missing connection. |
| Ivan / Capitalixe → UAE CAPITALIXE L.L.C-FZ → target | Official licence publishes `ivan@capitalixe.com`; `.ae` WHOIS separately names `IvanKovachev` / Capitalixe LLC-FZ | Contact and registrant representations do not prove all shareholdings. Neither record names Global or Impact. No completed route. |
| Capitalixe → Started PR → Kimberley Waldron → Rise by Barclays → Yacouba → Impact | PR appointment/testimonial and the PR founder's self-published mentorship claim; historical Impact manager separately identified | Barclays employment for Yacouba is an uncorroborated aggregator claim. No shared Barclays legal entity, period, introduction or transaction is established. This is an incomplete institutional hypothesis. |
| Capitalixe / Elena / Lissele → JPMorgan references / Money20/20 → J.P. Morgan (Suisse) SA → Yacouba → Impact | Capitalixe industry articles/event co-announcement; original 2017/2019 Swiss procuration notices; historic Impact appointment | The Capitalixe side supplies bank-brand commentary or an event announcement, **not a demonstrated relationship with that Swiss bank or Yacouba**. No completed business/personal chain. |
| Ivan → IFX Payments → Impact | A public Crunchbase biography claims a prior Executive Dealer role at IFX | New secondary-source lead only. This pass did not obtain primary employment corroboration or an IFX-to-target relationship. Generic IFX Expo references and other IFX businesses were excluded. |
| Impact → Swisscofunding → B.R. Solutions → Capitalixe | Existing web-vendor portfolio claim for SwissCoFunding | No B.R. Solutions work for Capitalixe recovered; continuity to today's Swisscofunding operator also unresolved. No shared-vendor chain established. |

The source set also retains a real calendar coincidence—Capitalixe accounts filed and the Global domain registered on **22 January 2026**—and generic Cloudflare / GoDaddy overlap. Those are **coincidences or mass-market service-provider paths**, not evidence that the businesses, people or accounts are connected. No same-day event was converted into a contractual edge.

Targeted public follow-up paired actor names, legal identifiers, domains, IFX, the PR provider, the historical Impact manager and the web vendor. No attributable bridge was recovered. Some nominally exact searches returned unrelated or relaxed-constraint results; they are not reliable proofs of absence. The [saved final query/response batch](sources/chain-audit/final-exact-search.json) records this limitation. The Companies House Pinnacle officers page was re-opened; existing officer-profile texts and original Swiss bank-notice text were also inspected. This is a reanalysis of the preserved corporate evidence, not a claim that every PDF page was freshly re-retrieved.

**Positive result retained:** the Global page credits Impact as builder and publishes its business email, with expired-TLS authentication limitations; shared Global/Zinga IPv4 and Impact-family MX records provide a separate infrastructure association. **Unresolved result:** no evidence-based step crosses from Ivan's corporate network into that target group. An actual connecting agreement, invoice, payment, referral instruction, original correspondence, named shared appointment or attributable domain/hosting customer record would change that result. This review does not prove that no private, historical or uncaptured relationship exists.

## Provenance correction · requester clarification, 5 November 2026

The requester clarified that name similarity was the only basis for considering globaltreasury.solutions. The requester did not assert or establish that it was the website of UK company 15907803. Earlier wording describing a requester-reported company/website association was an analyst attribution error. Treat this as a name-based research hypothesis only.

## Content-attribution follow-up · 5 November 2026

The [later domain review](domain-connection-investigation.md) recovered the Global homepage at 13:00 UTC: it credits **Impact Capital Management** as builder and publishes **info@impactcapital.ltd**. Capture required disabling validation of the expired certificate; this is a website-published builder/contact association with that authentication limitation, not legal ownership proof. The UK-company/domain link remains unconfirmed. The 200 homepage is not an observed onward redirect. Earlier statements below describe the prior capture scope.

**SOUNDPROOF · SP–GTS–001 · Public-source investigation, 5 November 2026 UTC**

## Main result

**A specific technical connection is now established between `globaltreasury.solutions` and the Impact/Zinga/GRiOT infrastructure.** The global domain and `mail.zingalabs.org` resolve to the same IPv4 address, **83.228.211.130**. Impact Capital, GRiOT and Zinga publish that mail hostname as their MX destination. Historical provider records for the two hostnames also contain overlapping first/last-observation intervals.

There are **weak cross-group connections**: Capitalixe and the Impact-family sites use Cloudflare infrastructure, and Capitalixe's accounts filing and the global domain's registry registration fall on the **same calendar date, 22 January 2026**. These facts are retained as leads. They do not show a shared account, common controller, contract or coordinated action.

The remaining distinction matters: **the retrieved evidence still does not establish an all-proven chain from Ivan or Elena's documented company roles to control of the global domain or the Swiss Impact business.** The chain through GTS contains an unverified name-based company-to-domain hypothesis. This pass materially strengthens the global-domain-to-Impact infrastructure side without silently promoting that missing actor/company attribution.

## Scope of the two groups

| Group | Established or specifically identified records | Boundary |
|---|---|---|
| Ivan / Elena and associated businesses | GTS 15907803; Capitalixe 11853977; prior joint Pinnacle 12087104; UAE CAPITALIXE L.L.C-FZ licence 2205459.01; Capitalixe public websites and newly recovered .ae registrant response | Different relationships have different evidence: registered role, initial shares/control, published consultant role, official licence contact, and registrant-filed data. They are not interchangeable ownership findings. |
| Global domain / Impact family | `globaltreasury.solutions`; IMPACT CAPITAL MANAGEMENT Sàrl CHE-464.300.033, formerly G & M Trading Sàrl; Impact, Zinga and GRiOT web/mail infrastructure; publicly linked portfolio brands | The Global domain is grouped here by the recovered Impact builder/contact credit and the specific shared infrastructure; no UK-company affiliation is implied. Its legal operator is not established. A portfolio listing is not proof of equity ownership or a separate incorporated company. |
| Candidates kept separate | Reported Desmell; Swiss seller/trademark candidates; French AN GLOBALRIDE AND SERVICES; website-named Swisscofunding AG | No uncertain identity or operator match is used to complete a chain. The older UK GTS 06459172 is a different company. |

The Impact-related scope follows actual links from `impactcapital.ltd` and identified legal records. Similarly named “Impact” or “Impact Global” businesses are not merged into this network without a matching legal identifier or an attributable website link.

“Established” below describes the exact record observation. Strength describes what that observation contributes to the proposed relationship; a documented coincidence can still be very weak evidence of common operation.

## NI01 — Specific shared IPv4 and mail-routing chain

The new chain is:

**`globaltreasury.solutions` — A record → `83.228.211.130` ← A record — `mail.zingalabs.org` ← MX — `impactcapital.ltd`, `griot.im`, `zingalabs.org`.**

| Step | Source and observation | Strength and limit |
|---|---|---|
| Global root → IPv4 | [Google public DNS](https://dns.google/resolve?name=globaltreasury.solutions&type=A), retrieved **12:42:46.972425 UTC**, returns `83.228.211.130`. Ordinary authoritative DNS independently returned the same address. | Direct DNS observation. It identifies a host address, not a subscriber or website operator. |
| Zinga mail hostname → same IPv4 | [Google public DNS](https://dns.google/resolve?name=mail.zingalabs.org&type=A) and authoritative DNS return the same address. | A specific address equality, more informative than a shared registrar or hosting-provider name. Shared servers, hosting and administration remain possible explanations. |
| Impact / GRiOT / Zinga → mail hostname | Public [Impact MX](https://dns.google/resolve?name=impactcapital.ltd&type=MX), [GRiOT MX](https://dns.google/resolve?name=griot.im&type=MX), and [Zinga MX](https://dns.google/resolve?name=zingalabs.org&type=MX) return `mail.zingalabs.org`. | Direct mail-routing records. They do not establish which users operate mailboxes or how a service contract is held. |
| Provider history | Global's saved historical row displays the same IPv4 first seen **24 January 2026**, last seen **9 August 2026**. The mail-host history displays first seen **7 November 2025**, last seen **28 June 2026**. | The reported intervals overlap **24 January–28 June 2026**. First/last-seen endpoints do not establish uninterrupted use or a daily observation throughout that period. |

The current MX chain and the historical A-record intervals must not be combined into an invented historical MX timeline. The historical rows establish the provider's reported address observations for the hostnames; the MX records establish routing at the current capture. No matching IPv6 mail-host answer was established.

These records independently connect global-domain infrastructure to the Impact-family mail infrastructure. They **do not verify the reported HTTP redirect**, identify a person who configured it, or prove common beneficial ownership. RIPE identifies the address space as Infomaniak infrastructure; that is a network-provider identity, not the customer. Exact queries, responses, authoritative flags, client times, hashes and limitations are in [the technical network report](network-technical-links.md) and [its source directory](sources/network-technical/).

## NI02 — The longest case-relevant actor chain has one missing attribution

| Chain step | Status |
|---|---|
| Ivan and Elena → GTS 15907803 | **Official records:** Ivan director/initial subscriber/PSC; Elena director and secretary; both named on DS01. |
| GTS 15907803 → `globaltreasury.solutions` | **Name-based hypothesis only; no requester assertion or independent attribution.** The reviewed filings, public pages and registration records do not identify the company as operator. |
| Global domain → same IPv4 as Zinga mail host | **Specific current DNS observation**, with bounded historical corroboration. |
| Zinga mail host ← Impact / GRiOT / Zinga MX | **Current public DNS observation.** |
| Impact website / GRiOT → Swiss Impact Sàrl | **Published legal operator statement**, matching an official Swiss entity. |

This is a name-based hypothetical route with documented segments, not an established actor-to-business chain. Showing the missing step is essential: an officer's involvement with the UK company cannot itself identify the operator of a similarly named domain. The earlier claim that no independent global-domain-to-Impact connection had been recovered is now narrowed: **the redirect remains unverified, while this infrastructure link is established**.

The supplied `ivan@treasurysolutions.com` and `elena@treasurysolutions.com` remain separate requester leads. The email domain's Microsoft mail routing and redacted registrar data do not connect those mailbox users to the shared Zinga host. Its general indexed contact address and modern consultancy wording are not substituted for that missing proof.

## NI03 — Same-day and nearby filing / registration dates

### Same day across the two groups

The preserved [Capitalixe filing index](https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/11853977/filing-history) records full accounts filed **22 January 2026**, made up to 31 March 2025. The global domain's [registry RDAP response](https://rdap.identitydigital.services/rdap/domain/globaltreasury.solutions) records registration **22 January 2026 at 13:12:55.802 UTC**. Ivan's Capitalixe role is separately documented; the filed accounts also name him on their approval page, dated 5 January.

**This is an established same-calendar-date coincidence and a weak cross-group clue.** The company filing has no demonstrated matching time, shared filing agent, domain purchase instruction or common customer record. The source dates do not establish causation or coordination.

### Other chronology retained with its actual precision

| Recorded comparison | Interval | Assessment |
|---|---|---|
| Global-domain registration 22 January → GTS DS01 signature dates 19 February 2026 | 28 days | Relevant context for a possible transition hypothesis; no proof of trading, a transfer or successor operation. |
| GTS DS01 filed 26 February → Capitalixe CH01 and PSC04 received 27 February 2026 | 1 day | A real filing-day adjacency within Side A. The new originals only change Lissele's resident country to Portugal, effective 15 February; they do not change shares/control or identify a submitter. |
| GTS first Gazette 10 March → Impact terms/privacy displayed revision date 17 March 2026 | 7 days | Very weak cross-group proximity. The policy date is a mutable publisher statement, not an archived proof of an actual update that day. |
| Pinnacle incorporation 5 July → publication of Yacouba's J.P. Morgan procuration revocation 11 July 2019 | 6 days | Very weak calendar proximity, not a company or employment transfer. The Swiss journal date is 8 July; the notice does not establish when employment ended. Ivan's listed Pinnacle appointment is later, February 2020. |
| Capitalixe Elena article's self-declared publication 12 February → GTS DS01 signatures 19 February 2026 | 7 days | Side A context. The current article was modified in September; the current bio/byline cannot automatically be backdated to February. |

The comparative [date worksheet](sources/network-root/date-alignment.json) and branch reports retain event, filing, publication, provider and retrieval dates separately. These are hypothesis-generating comparisons, not statistical evidence that the events are unusually associated. No date cluster alone identifies who commissioned a website or moved a client.

## NI04 — Shared provider links, with specificity limits

Capitalixe's `.com` and `.ae` sites share precise internal identifiers, including the same Google Tag Manager, HubSpot and Hotjar identifiers, matching verification records, Cloudflare nameservers and Proofpoint routing. This strengthens the **within-Capitalixe** technical association.

Several Impact-family sites share a **different** Cloudflare nameserver pair, and the Impact/Zinga/GRiOT group shares a custom MX hostname. Another subset, including 101RE and Afriklease, routes mail through `mail.viplink.club`. Exact records and scope are preserved in the technical report.

Across Side A and Side B, Cloudflare is an **established generic common service provider**. The observed nameserver pairs differ. No cross-group exact tracker ID, public-key reuse, source-code anchor or uniquely shared origin-host identifier was recovered for the compared Side A sites. Cloudflare serves many unrelated customers. Its presence creates a weak shared-vendor path, not evidence of a shared account, developer, contract or business controller.

The returned current certificate set is bounded, and different keys do not prove different owners. A blocked or absent domain response is not evidence of non-use. These limits remain visible alongside positive exact matches.

## NI05 — Expanded historical corporate and professional chain inside Side B

The Swiss records establish a legal continuity from **G & M Trading Sàrl** to **IMPACT CAPITAL MANAGEMENT Sàrl**, same UID. The 2016 notice records two 100-part transfers to **Mouanfon Ngouh Yacouba** and his appointment as managing president with individual signature. This is historical control evidence, not a current shareholder certificate.

Two original official Swiss notices establish his **joint procuration at J.P. Morgan (Suisse) SA**, granted in December 2017 and removed in July 2019. The full name, Cameroon and Lausanne correspond closely to the Impact manager record. This establishes a historical signing-authority role, not bank ownership, employment end date, a Capitalixe bank account or a customer relationship.

The populated [Art Media official record](https://www.zefix.admin.ch/de/search/entity/list/firm/1232776), captured **12:43:34.020 UTC**, identifies **Art Media Classifieds Yacouba Mouanfon Ngouh, CHE-229.935.071**, a deleted Lausanne sole proprietorship. Its street is written **Chemin de Bois-Gentil 25**, matching Impact's building number and postcode, with near-identical street text and a retained “de”/“du” spelling difference. The name/address correspondence strengthens this Side B extension. Deletion was published 7 January 2022. The earlier bankruptcy/procedural notices concern that sole proprietorship; they are not an Impact bankruptcy or a liability of Ivan or Elena.

A French official API identifies **AN GLOBALRIDE AND SERVICES, SIREN 927789230**, with a President named **Abass Njoya Ngouh**, resembling Impact's former associate's reordered name. The person correspondence remains unconfirmed; it is a candidate branch, not a completed corporate chain. Originals, pages, exact dates and identity limits are in [the corporate network report](network-corporate-links.md).

## NI06 — New direct registrant disclosure on the Ivan / Capitalixe side

The IANA-listed `.ae` WHOIS service publicly returns **`IvanKovachev`** (literal contact string, consistent with the name Ivan Kovachev) as registrant contact name and **Capitalixe LLC-FZ** as registrant organisation for `capitalixe.ae`, with the same technical-contact strings. This is stronger domain attribution than the site footer alone and is consistent with the separately recovered official UAE licence/contact record.

It is still registrant-filed public data, not independent authentication of the person, proof of all shareholders or a complete domain-control history. It does not connect the registrant to Impact. The focal global/email domains' public registrar WHOIS checks supplied retirement/rate-limit responses rather than owner fields; no repeat requests were made. Exact WHOIS response bytes, server provenance and completion timestamps are in the technical source package.

## NI07 — Portfolio, legal operators and contracts

Impact's actual capital page links RocketWeb3, Swisscofunding, 101RE, Agriland, GRiOT, Afriklease and Agrimine, alongside advertised ventures with no public URL. Its Zinga gateway explicitly directs the capital path to Impact. Those are established **publisher links**, not proof that every brand is a separately incorporated company or an equity holding.

Newly followed public endpoints disclose:

- **GRiOT:** legal terms name the exact Impact Sàrl and UID.
- **Swisscofunding:** terms/privacy name “Swisscofunding AG,” without a UID, address or named officer in the reviewed pages. An ordinary official Swiss name query returned zero; this is a bounded query, not a binding declaration of nonexistence. The claimed operator remains unresolved.
- **Agrimine:** its about page names **Yacouba Mouanfon, Founder & CEO** and a 2022–26 journey; its terms/current homepage call the product pre-launch. These are current publisher claims; the shortened name and earlier operations claims require separate corroboration. Its public contact is `agrimining@gmail.com`.
- **Zinga:** legal pages refer to an unnamed Swiss partner company. The public partner page displays an unnamed fintech-alliance item dated 15 January 2026; it supplies no counterparty or executed agreement.
- **Afriklease / PolyMarkt:** the homepage links the two platforms; their public descriptions discuss stablecoin leasing/raffles. A sample equipment listing explicitly withholds seller contact. No seller identity, signed lease or named Side A counterparty was recovered.
- **VIPLink:** the public privacy page calls its controller “VIP LINK CLUB,” a Lausanne nonprofit association. Its mail-host role is an observed DNS link, not proof that all mail customers own the association.
- **Agriland:** the followed portfolio URL returned a Wix domain-connection error, not a functioning operator notice.
- **101RE:** terms refer to an unnamed parent; no legal operator was resolved.

A historical SwissCoFunding web-vendor portfolio claim and crowdfunding-literature appearances were followed. The current brand's continuity to the earlier operator and any vendor work for Side A remain unproved. No executed A–B contract, named payment, customer transfer or jointly appointed company was recovered in this pass.

## NI08 — Weaker professional and institutional paths

The public branch retained an authored feedback post naming a Yacouba account, an unverified Barclays employment aggregator, Capitalixe's general bank commentary, and a Money20/20 announcement naming Lissele as a speaker and JPMorgan among participating bank brands. Each is preserved rather than silently discarded.

None completes a professional chain: the tagged account's identity is unresolved; a bank mentioned as an industry example is not a partnership; the conference announcement does not identify the Swiss bank entity or show Yacouba attending, meeting Lissele or entering a contract. A former procuration and a later global bank-brand co-announcement have a substantial time and legal-entity gap. The organiser's current panel agenda and the press release also show different session times/rooms; no historical schedule was inferred from that discrepancy. See [NP01–NP07](network-public-links.md) for raw search responses, exact quotations/locations and exclusions.

## NI09 — The new Capitalixe filings change residence, not ownership

The two actual originals received **27 February 2026** were inspected on all four pages. CH01 and PSC04 both state **Portugal** as Lissele's country usually resident, effective **15 February 2026**. They do not state an equity transfer, changed control band, director departure or named filer. This is retained with the earlier published joint Dubai expansion claim; a subsequent recorded residence change does not independently refute a prior relocation announcement or explain its circumstances.

The filing-day proximity to GTS is real, but its actual subject is now known. It cannot be described as a takeover, ownership transfer, concealment or evidence that the same person filed both companies' documents.

## Completion, remaining gap and review path

The most useful new result is the **specific global-domain / Zinga-mail / Impact MX chain**, supported by current DNS and bounded historical overlap. The strongest cross-group temporal clue is **22 January 2026**. The established common-provider path is **Cloudflare**, with low distinctiveness. The historical Swiss company/professional records and `.ae` registrant response expand the two groups without joining them by assumption.

The remaining high-value evidence would name the person or company controlling the shared server/global domain, or identify an actual contract, payment, client handoff or shared company participant linking that infrastructure/Swiss network to Ivan or Elena. Hosting-customer records, attributable original emails, a dated company-number-bearing legal notice or a contemporaneous business document would address that exact gap. Public lookup failures and private venture gates are documented; no access controls were bypassed and no subject contacted.

Supporting reports: [technical network](network-technical-links.md), [corporate network](network-corporate-links.md), [public professional/contract search](network-public-links.md), and [earlier domain-attribution review](domain-connection-investigation.md). The [ID crosswalk](finding-id-crosswalk.md), research queue, application and source manifests preserve the classifications. Capture hashes support integrity comparison, not independent authentication or a guarantee of admissibility. Further concrete public identifiers were followed to a record, bounded outcome or specific blocker; the report does not claim to exhaust every possible private or future source.
