# Corporate network expansion: Impact, its manager and portfolio

**Direct-Impact update, 5 November 2026:** The current official Vaud extract now lists Mouanfon Ngouh Yacouba as sole registered member/manager with all 200 parts; the earlier current-extract access gap is resolved. No direct Ivan/affiliate-to-Impact link is established. See the [direct-target review](network-connection-investigation.md) and [preserved extract](sources/direct-impact/impact-current-extract.pdf). Historical sections below retain the scope of their earlier attempts.

Reviewed on 5 November 2026. Initial public-source collection for this branch began at 12:39 UTC; the later Capitalixe filing addendum has separate exact request times in the adjacent source metadata. This report extends the earlier [company-control report](company-control-records.md) and [Impact trail](global-impact-trail.md). It does not establish that the reported globaltreasury.solutions redirect belongs to GLOBAL TREASURY SOLUTIONS LTD 15907803.

The strongest new evidence is a historical professional role: original Swiss notices identify **Mouanfon Ngouh Yacouba, of Cameroon, in Lausanne**, as a holder of joint procuration at **J.P. Morgan (Suisse) SA, CHE-107.963.868**, granted in December 2017 and removed in July 2019. These identifiers closely match the person named in Impact's 2016 control notice. A separate, now-deleted sole proprietorship carries his full name and the same building address as Impact. These extend Side B considerably, but this branch did not find a shared controller, company appointment, contractual relationship or transaction linking those records to Ivan, Elena, Capitalixe or Pinnacle.

## 1. Verified historical spine inside Side B

| Connection | Evidence and date | Meaning and boundary |
| --- | --- | --- |
| G & M Trading Sàrl → IMPACT CAPITAL MANAGEMENT Sàrl | Official Zefix notice 3193617, published 30 November 2016; journal 18803 of 25 November; articles amended 14 November. Same UID CHE-464.300.033. | A legal name and seat change within the same entity, not two unrelated similarly named businesses. |
| Douali Rajaa and Njoya Ngouh Abass → Mouanfon Ngouh Yacouba | Official notice 2908437, published 23 June 2016; journal 4023 of 20 June. Each former associate transferred their 100 parts to him; he became managing president with individual signature. | Direct historic share-transfer and management evidence. It is not a certified current shareholder extract. |
| Njoya Ngouh Abass leaves management | Notice 2955777, published 15 July 2016; journal 4627 of 12 July. | Historic former participant; no evidence here of present involvement. |
| Mouanfon Ngouh Yacouba → J.P. Morgan (Suisse) SA | Original SHAB notice **3914763**, published **6 December 2017**, journal **21360 of 1 December 2017**, PDF p. 1. It names Cameroon and Lausanne and grants joint procuration limited to the principal establishment. | Strong corroborated identity correspondence by full name, nationality and city. A signing-authority role; not bank ownership, a customer relationship or a complete employment history. |
| Bank procuration removed | Original SHAB **HR02-1004673877**, published **11 July 2019**, journal **13004 of 8 July 2019**, PDF p. 1. | End of the recorded authority. The notice lists many people and states no adverse reason; removal does not imply misconduct. |

The 2016 records were already preserved in [the populated official Zefix capture](sources/company-control/swiss-zefix-rendered.txt), sourced from [Impact's official entry](https://www.zefix.admin.ch/de/search/entity/list/firm/1012227). The new bank notices were downloaded through ordinary public official links and visually checked against their extracted text: [2017 original](sources/network-corporate/jpmorgan-official-grant.pdf), [2019 original](sources/network-corporate/jpmorgan-official-revocation.pdf). Direct official sources: [2017 SHAB](https://www.shab.ch/shabforms/servlet/Search?EID=7&DOCID=3914763) and [2019 SHAB](https://www.shab.ch/shabforms/servlet/Search?EID=7&DOCID=1004673877). Captured respectively at 12:44:29.406375 and 12:44:07.754223 UTC. The official [LINDAS company record](https://register.ld.admin.ch/zefix/company/122397) corroborates the bank's entity identity; the Geneva extract URL returned an application shell, so the original notices supply the role evidence.

## 2. Art Media: a second exact-name business record

The parent investigator retrieved the populated [official Zefix entry 1232776](https://www.zefix.admin.ch/de/search/entity/list/firm/1232776) at **12:43:34.020 UTC**. It identifies **Art Media Classifieds Yacouba Mouanfon Ngouh**, **CHE-229.935.071**, **CH-550-1158548-1**, as a **deleted sole proprietorship** in Lausanne, with a purpose concerning website management. Its registered street is written **Chemin de Bois-Gentil 25**, postcode 1018. Impact's entry writes **chemin du Bois-Gentil 25**, also 1018 Lausanne. Full name plus the near-identical building address makes this a strong Side B correspondence, while retaining the exact spelling difference.

The entry shows the following historical sequence, which should be read together: a bankruptcy notice published 27 May 2021; suspensive effect published 11 June; the effect lifted and bankruptcy effective 29 June as published 7 July; the procedure closed after suspension for lack of assets on 29 November, published 6 December; cessation of business and ex officio deletion published **7 January 2022**, journal 249 of 4 January. These concern the sole proprietorship, not a bankruptcy of Impact Capital Management Sàrl. They establish no liability of Ivan, Elena or their companies.

Evidence is reused rather than re-downloaded: [official UI text](sources/network-root/zefix-art-media.txt), [screenshot](sources/network-root/zefix-art-media.jpg), [capture metadata](sources/network-root/zefix-art-media.json). An initial UID request in this branch returned HTTP 500. A changing FAO pagination URL returned a current 2026 page even though the search index showed a 2021 notice; that live body is **not** relied on as the historical notice. The populated official entry resolves that initial problem.

## 3. Portfolio legal operators are not uniform

| Brand | Newly inspected first-party evidence | Finding |
| --- | --- | --- |
| GRiOT | [Terms](https://griot.im/terms), effective 22 July 2026, sections 1 and 15; retrieved 12:39:22.202657 UTC. | Explicitly operated by IMPACT CAPITAL MANAGEMENT Sàrl, CHE-464.300.033. This is an operator statement matching the official UID. It is stronger than a portfolio advertisement. |
| Swisscofunding | [Terms](https://swisscofunding.com/terms), sections 1, 8 and 14; [privacy](https://swisscofunding.com/privacy-policy), sections 1–2; both self-date February 2026. | Both name **Swisscofunding AG**, and privacy says incorporated in Switzerland. Neither reviewed page supplies a UID, named director or registered address. Zurich jurisdiction does not identify a legal entity. |
| Swisscofunding official-name check | Parent's ordinary Zefix search for Swisscofunding at 12:41:22.976 UTC, which the service relaxed from exact matching, returned zero results. | A bounded search result, not a legal certificate of nonexistence or proof the publisher's statement is false. The claimed AG has not been resolved to a registered entity. |
| 101RE | [Terms](https://101re.org/p/terms-of-use) and [privacy](https://101re.org/p/privacy-policy), both effective and updated 25 July 2026. | Terms section 11 refers to the jurisdiction where its parent is registered but does not name that parent. No legal operator was resolved from these pages. |
| Agrimine | Parent's [about-page capture](sources/network-root/agrimine-about.txt), retrieved 12:42:07.778784 UTC. | Names **Yacouba Mouanfon, Founder & CEO**. This is a first-party professional claim with a shortened name, not an independent registry identity match. |

The Impact portfolio page supplies the marketing links to these ventures; it does not establish equity ownership. Preserve the unresolved Swisscofunding AG claim separately from the verified Impact Sàrl. Likewise, do not fill 101RE's unnamed parent with Impact solely because it appears in the portfolio. Local originals and request metadata: [GRiOT](sources/network-corporate/griot-terms.html), [Swisscofunding terms](sources/network-corporate/swisscofunding-terms.html), [privacy](sources/network-corporate/swisscofunding-privacy.html), [101RE terms](sources/network-corporate/101re-terms.html), [privacy](sources/network-corporate/101re-privacy.html), [Zefix name-check metadata](sources/network-root/zefix-swisscofunding.json).

## 4. Former associate → French transport-company candidate

The [official French public company-search API](https://recherche-entreprises.api.gouv.fr/search?q=927789230&per_page=1) returned **AN GLOBALRIDE AND SERVICES**, **SIREN 927789230**, created **16 April 2024**, active status A, activity **49.39B**, and **ABASS NJOYA NGOUH** as President of SAS. Retrieved at the exact time in [request metadata](sources/network-corporate/france-globalride-api.json); original [JSON response bytes](sources/network-corporate/france-globalride-api.html) were saved with an HTML extension by the generic collector, without altering their content.

The full reordered name matches the former G & M associate. The Swiss notice available here supplies no date of birth with which to compare the French record. Treat this as a **candidate person match**, not a confirmed extension of the same person's appointments. The French directory webpage returned HTTP 403; the documented public API endpoint resolved the company without an account or bypass. Exact searches pairing this company or former associate with Capitalixe/Kovachev/Impact produced no identifying bridge in the returned material.

## 5. Weak cross-network paths retained explicitly

**Capitalixe / Elena → public JPMorgan mention → JPMorgan group name → J.P. Morgan (Suisse) SA → historical procuration → Impact manager.** Elena's [Capitalixe article about crypto-friendly banks](https://capitalixe.com/blog/crypto-friendly-banks-what-you-need-to-know/), displayed date 27 March 2023, includes JPMorgan Chase as a US banking example. Lissele's [2026 predictions article](https://capitalixe.com/blog/finance-and-payment-predictions-2026/), displayed date 15 January 2026, discusses JPMorgan's products. Both were retrieved at 12:45:09 UTC and preserved. The article date is a publisher display date, not an independently proven first-publication date. The Swiss role is specifically at a Swiss legal entity; the articles name the wider group or US bank. This path is a **generic brand/industry mention**, with an entity-level gap and years between the role and articles. It does not show a shared counterparty, introduction, payment, relationship or knowledge between the people.

A still weaker **Barclays** path arose from a [professional aggregator](https://getprospect.com/business-directory/barclays-wealth-management) listing the full manager name as a fund/equity dealer at Barclays Wealth Management. No official appointment or dates were obtained, so that employment claim remains unverified. Lissele's [public podcast](https://purpose-driven-fintech.captivate.fm/episode/empowering-businesses-payments-and-banking-solutions-for-medium-and-high-risk-businesses-lissele-pratt-founder-at-capitalixe) uses Barclays and HSBC as general safeguarding examples. Together these are insufficient even to claim both businesses used the same provider. The professional branch was notified; no emails, enrichment or contact tools were used.

**SwissCoFunding → B.R. Solutions** is a vendor's own [public portfolio claim](https://brsolutions.in/ProjectDetails?id=35&p=SwissCoFundingDesigning%2Bdynamic+content%2Bforms+etc), preserved here. It describes design, dynamic content and forms for a lending platform. The source does not establish work for today's site, its legal operator or any Side A business. Older SwissCoFunding brand appearances in crowdfunding literature similarly need an operator/domain-continuity record before merging them with the current February 2026 legal claims. This is a retained historical/vendor lead, not a shared-vendor finding.

## 6. Search and stopping boundaries

Exact-name and company-pair searches covered manager aliases, former associates, Swisscofunding, Art Media, Capitalixe, Kovachev, Kovacheva and Pinnacle. Some searches returned generic banking articles, irrelevant namesakes and ordinary industry co-mentions. The captured responses support the statements above; they are not comprehensive register searches or proof of no undisclosed relationship. Website legal pages are publisher statements; the Swiss and French official records establish the specific registry facts they publish. No company records were merged merely because of a shared financial-sector description, date, common hosting provider or similar name.

Actionable endpoints and unresolved items are recorded in [the lead queue](sources/network-corporate/queue.json). In particular: the bank role now has original documents and needs no paid database; Art Media has populated official evidence; Swisscofunding AG remains an unresolved claimed legal name; the French namesake requires an additional public identifying record; historical SwissCoFunding operator continuity and the vendor relationship remain unproven. Parent-owned portfolio and technical branches continue separately. No app data or master investigation report was edited by this branch.

Source inventory, capture timestamps, SHA-256 hashes, findings and relationship classifications are in [manifest](sources/network-corporate/manifest.json) and [findings](sources/network-corporate/findings.json). Successful HTTP 200 responses that contained only application shells are labelled as such; status alone is not counted as substantive evidence.

## 7. Filing-date addendum: Capitalixe, 27 February 2026

The parent identified two Capitalixe filings received **27 February 2026**, one day after GTS's DS01 filing on **26 February**. Both new originals were retrieved and all four pages visually inspected. They concern **Lissele Pratt's country usually resident changing to Portugal**, effective **15 February 2026**:

| Filing | Pages checked | Actual disclosed change |
| --- | --- | --- |
| [CH01 original](sources/network-corporate/capitalixe-ch01-20260227.pdf), receipt XEWSM6H7 | pp. 1–2 | Page 1: country/state usually resident Portugal, change date 15 February. Page 2: generic authorisation categories, no named submitter. |
| [PSC04 original](sources/network-corporate/capitalixe-psc04-20260227.pdf), receipt XEWSM5AX | pp. 1–2 | Page 1: same new country and effective date. Page 2: confirmation 27 February and generic authorisation categories. |

These forms do **not** disclose a share transfer, changed control band, officer departure or named filing agent. The receipt-date adjacency is real and retained as Side A chronology. The underlying effective date predates GTS's DS01 signature dates of 19 February. It supplies no Side B counterparty or connection. Primary filing-history sources: [CH01](https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/11853977/filing-history/MzUwNzU1OTAyNGFkaXF6a2N4/document?format=pdf&download=0), [PSC04](https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/11853977/filing-history/MzUwNzU1ODczNWFkaXF6a2N4/document?format=pdf&download=0). [CH01 capture metadata](sources/network-corporate/capitalixe-ch01-20260227.json) and [PSC04 metadata](sources/network-corporate/capitalixe-psc04-20260227.json) preserve exact acquisition times and hashes.
