**No direct personal or commercial connection was established in this follow-up.** This pass tested work history, the exact Capitalixe founder profile, the published professional-network mention, additional venture clues and connected-file discovery. The current Impact member/manager finding remains established separately (S188); it does not identify a relationship with Ivan.

Exact-name, alternate-name-order, legal/business and employer checks are recorded in the [query ledger](sources/ivan-yacouba/search-ledger.json). Relaxed searches returning school records, sports pages, namesakes and generic directories were excluded as matches. The 32-query ledger is not a certificate of absence. A supplementary Semrush backlink discovery failed for insufficient API units; no backlink conclusions were drawn from it.

**Result:** neither a shared employer nor a named mutual business relationship, shared appointment, transaction, referral or original communication was recovered. The next decisive evidence would name both people (or their demonstrated businesses) in the same attributable relationship. No contact was made with any subject and no sign-in gates were bypassed.

Public LinkedIn suggestions, follower counts and login prompts are not treated as connections. Website self-dates and structured publication fields are publisher statements, not independent first-publication certificates.


Prepared 5 November 2026 UTC. Scope: public professional posts, interviews, contracts/partners, exact names, legal identifiers and newly published business contacts. No login, contact, account access or active scans were used.

No reviewed source establishes a direct commercial or personal bridge between the two identified networks. The useful new material is narrower: a published professional-feedback post naming a Yacouba account whose identity remains unresolved; the precise boundaries of a Barclays-themed candidate chain; and a Capitalixe article crediting Elena with a labelled date seven days before GTS’s strike-off application signatures. That article was later modified, so its current byline cannot be dated to February by assumption.

Weak clues are retained below with every missing step visible. They are not converted into ownership, partnership or misconduct findings.

## Findings

### NP01 — bounded cross-network search outcome

No reviewed result establishes a contract, transaction, shared principal or direct professional relationship between the identified Capitalixe/Pinnacle/Kovachev side and the Swiss Impact/Zinga/portfolio side. Exact names, domains, Swiss UID and UAE licence were cross-paired; returned generic or relaxed-name results were excluded.

**Establishes:** A bounded public-index check across the named networks, including legal-ID and contract/partner terms.

**Limitations:** Not an exhaustive search of all contracts, relationships or history. Several batches returned sports/name-only/generic financial pages despite quoted constraints; these are failed precision searches, not matches or reliable zero-result counts. Distinct Tribe Impact Capital mentions do not identify the Swiss company. No inference of absence or wrongdoing.

### NP02 — weak published professional association; identity unresolved

An authored public LinkedIn post by Emanuel Movtady thanks a tagged account named yacouba mouanfon ngouh among early participants who supplied feedback for his developing entrepreneurial network platform.

**Establishes:** A concrete published professional-feedback claim involving that full name string, rather than a private social-graph assumption.

**Limitations:** The tagged account profile href, location and connection to the Swiss register person were not recovered. Post does not name an Impact/Zinga legal entity. Movtady public profile/index identifies him, while a separate aggregator suggests Start-Up World; that aggregator is not legal-entity corroboration. No A-side pair match found. Direct post open was a cache miss; profile open 429 was not retried. Co-tagged people were not assumed to know each other.

**Location:** Indexed authored post body names the tagged account in its gratitude list and discusses feedback during platform development.

**Dates:** Exact post publication date not established; indexed rendition labels 1mo and crawl age 2 months, which are not reliable exact dates.

### NP03 — weak candidate chain with unverified and non-relationship edges

A possible Barclays-themed chain remains incomplete: GetProspect lists the exact Yacouba name under Barclays Wealth Management, while a Capitalixe founder interview mentions Barclays as an example of banks used by financial providers. Neither establishes a Capitalixe–Barclays partnership or a relationship between the case actors.

**Establishes:** Explains the exact textual overlap and which chain steps are missing.

**Limitations:** Yacouba employment remains an unverified aggregator claim without dates or primary Barclays/profile corroboration. Generic banking examples are not a contract, introduction or shared banker. His identity is not proved by an employer directory. Primary searches limited to Barclays domains and exact full names yielded no corroborating primary record. Started PR/Rise by Barclays overlap belongs to the parent’s separate branch and does not repair these gaps.

**Dates:** No employment dates established from aggregator; podcast publication date not independently established in this pass.

### NP04 — documented current website representation plus weak date proximity

Capitalixe currently credits Elena Kovacheva on an article whose visible date is 12 February 2026, seven calendar days before the recorded GTS DS01 signature date 19 February 2026. Its structured data gives publication 12 February 2026 but modification 30 September 2026 and links a precise Elena professional profile.

**Establishes:** Current Capitalixe role/byline representation and an exact public profile identifier; a transparent seven-day comparison between distinct labelled dates.

**Limitations:** Not proof the byline, bio or article content existed in that form on 12 February, because the page was later modified. Not independent proof of employment or authorship on that day, nor a link to the Swiss side. The professional profile did not independently corroborate a registry DOB. Date proximity establishes no causation, transfer or conflict.

### NP05 — supported public business-model descriptions; counterparty unnamed

Ivan’s published Capitalixe Q&A describes oversight of leads, sales, client cases and partner relationships. Capitalixe’s republished Forbes interview describes partner-funded introductions; the January 2026 Essential Business interview describes holding-company clients onboarding companies but explicitly leaves clients unnamed.

**Establishes:** The publicly described commercial opportunity and a reason to seek actual referral agreements/customer identities for comparison.

**Limitations:** Publisher/interview representations, not independently verified contracts or financial flows. No named Side B counterparty, executed agreement, consideration, referral ID or transferred client disclosed. General investment-platform/holding-company language is insufficient to identify Impact or its ventures.

### NP06 — bounded identifier follow-through

Publicly published Agrimine business address agrimining@gmail.com, the shared mail-host lead viplink.club and the Zinga business phone were cross-searched against Side A identifiers without a returned attributable match.

**Establishes:** Precise published identifiers were followed instead of relying on broad sector overlap.

**Limitations:** This branch does not independently establish ownership of a mailbox, phone or mail server. Original source-attribution is in the parent’s network-root captures. Search silence does not disprove a relationship. Shared infrastructure within Side B is not itself a bridge to Side A. No contact, mailbox test or scan occurred.

### NP07 — weak institutional event co-announcement

A Money20/20-issued release dated **3 April 2026** lists Lissele Pratt of Capitalixe as a panel speaker and J.P. Morgan among the many banks participating in its Bangkok event. The [organiser’s own session page](https://asia.money2020.com/program/agenda/moneys-next-evolution-stablecoins-cbdcs-and-the-new-payment-stack-e101-70864) independently lists Lissele, with Ripple, Paxos Labs and Yellow Card. JPMorgan is not on that panel. The [release](https://www.nationthailand.com/pr-news/pr-news/40064645) establishes a published bank-brand event overlap, not a contract or meeting.

The corporate branch separately verified historical Swiss publications granting and revoking Mouanfon Ngouh Yacouba’s procuration at J.P. Morgan (Suisse) SA. **Procuration revocation does not establish when employment ended.** The 2026 release names a global brand without identifying that Swiss legal entity. No source establishes Yacouba attended, retained a bank role, met Lissele or dealt with Capitalixe.

The currently captured official agenda gives 23 April, 14:05–14:45 on the Radiant Stage; the earlier release gives 10:25 on the Intersection Stage. Both versions are retained. Announced schedules do not prove attendance. Capitalixe’s other JPMorgan mentions are industry commentary and provider examples, not disclosed partnerships.

The broad named cross-pair attempts sometimes returned unrelated sports tables, broad directories or different companies despite exact quotation marks. Those results were excluded. In particular, Zynga the games company, Tribe Impact Capital, namesake Ivan profiles and unrelated Rocket/Pinnacle entities were not merged into the Swiss or Capitalixe networks.

Specific next evidence: the tagged Yacouba account’s attributable professional profile or legal-entity identifier; a dated primary Barclays employment record; an agreement/referral/payment document naming one actor from each side; or an original dated source proving a reported relationship. Public sources found here do not supply those missing steps. The parent’s corporate and technical branches continue separate official-record and shared-infrastructure checks.
