# Research log and lead dispositions

Prepared 5 November 2026 for SP–GTS–001. CAPITALIXE LTD 11853977 is the requester-confirmed original business. Evidence status describes what a record supports; it does not establish competitive trading, diversion or legal breach.

Every material public branch has a supported record, a bounded not-established outcome, or a precise blocker. A blocked evidentiary question is not a finding of no activity. Public record searches do not replace original messages, contracts, client records, ownership registers or case-specific approvals.

## Work performed and changed findings

The first pass physically retrieved the GTS incorporation/CS01/DS01, Capitalixe formation/current filings, official Swiss and Florida material, public historical MX and certificate evidence. It corrected former availability gaps while retaining earlier statements as history. The next pass rechecked current GTS pages, acquired both original Gazette notices, followed exact officer profiles to Pinnacle, and physically reviewed its original shares, DS01 and two account sets. It inspected actual Capitalixe commercial PDFs/publicity, bounded FCA/court/tribunal searches, primary registry RDAP and additional Impact/regional routes. The final public Dubai name search produced a positive licence row, exact detailed official record and downloaded portal PDF.

Material changes are F24–F46, with prior F15/F17 extended by fresh sources. The prior regional “no precise UAE identifier disclosed” finding was limited to those reviewed pages; F46 supersedes that research blocker. The final licence issue date (2022) also prevents treating the 2025 Dubai announcement as first UAE establishment. See the [finding ID crosswalk](finding-id-crosswalk.md) for PF/IC2/UA/UAD aliases and stable F IDs.

## Lead-by-lead disposition

Searches performed: Exact company12087104overview/officers/PSC/index; Shared Lissele officer profile; Original CS01/PSC01/DS01; Original2021and2023accounts; iXBRL cross-check.

- **F25** (documented): Pinnacle Global Payment Solutions Ltd 12087104 is a separately incorporated company with the same co-founder pair. A single Companies House Lissele Pratt profile directly lists Pinnacle and Capitalixe director appointments. Limitation: Not a GTS successor finding. Shared Shelton registered office alone is weak evidence. Ivan profile IDs differ across companies.
- **F26** (documented): Pinnacle confirmation statement dated 21 February 2020 lists 50 ordinary shares each for Lissele and Ivan; Lissele entry records 50 transferred 20 February 2020. Current PSC bands for each are >25% and <=50% shares/votes plus director appointment/removal rights. Registry records voluntary dissolution 14 January 2025. Limitation: Electronic name/date entries are recorded signatures, not independent authentication. Temporal overlap does not establish transfer, diversion or successor trading.
- **F28** (documented): Pinnacle unaudited full accounts for year ended 30 September 2021 report turnover £164,892 (2020: £48,685), profit £124,642 and dividends paid/payable £84,950. Accounts approved 22 June 2022 with Ivan named director. Limitation: Unaudited company-reported figures; no named customers, providers, dividend recipients or GTS links. Generic turnover policy does not identify actual services. Not independently verified cashflows.
- **F29** (documented): Pinnacle latest filed micro accounts to 30 September 2023 show net assets £10,933 and name Ivan as approving director 18 April 2024. Limitation: Micro accounts omit revenue/client detail; balances do not prove active trading on application date or disposition of assets.

Origin: Company-name searches returned an old legal entity. Priority: Medium. Disposition: **not-established**.

Searches performed: Compared exact company numbers, incorporation/dissolution dates and SIC.

- **F36** (documented): An older company with exactly the GTS legal name has number 06459172, incorporated 21 December 2007 and dissolved 11 July 2023, SIC 99999 dormant. This is a distinct excluded name collision, not case company 15907803. Limitation: No bridge to case actors or domains found; its records must not be attributed to 15907803.

[S69 GTS name collision](https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/06459172), [S01 Company overview](https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/15907803)

Specific unresolved point: Different corporate identifier and timeline; no case-specific bridge found.

Next useful action: Keep the older entity excluded unless an independently identified bridge emerges.

Origin: Financial-service marketing. Priority: Medium. Disposition: **blocked**.

Searches performed: Normal FCA Firms searches for exact relevant company names; Capitalixe intermediary disclaimer; Exact FINMA authorisation search and separate SRO route.

- **F33** (documented): FCA public Firms searches for Capitalixe, Global Treasury Solutions and Pinnacle Global Payment Solutions each displayed no results in this run. Capitalixe own page describes itself as an intermediary using licensed providers. Limitation: Not proof of non-authorisation, licence necessity, wrongdoing or no warning. Trading-name/partner records may differ. Exact-name search did not yield a record to attribute; none was attached to these entities.
- **F42** (unverified): FINMA exact-name authorisation search displayed 0 results; separate SRO search was inconclusive and the current cantonal extract returned an application error. Limitation: No licence-necessity, membership, lawful/unlawful-activity or current-ownership conclusion follows from these query/access results.

Specific unresolved point: No attributable firm record from these exact queries; activity scope/licence necessity unresolved; SRO route inconclusive.

Next useful action: Identify actual contracting entity/services and any exact regulator reference before attributing regulatory status.

Origin: Court/tribunal/insolvency and Gazette checks. Priority: Medium. Disposition: **blocked**.

Searches performed: Exact National Archives company/person queries; Exact versus broad GOV.UK ET queries; Gazette direct endpoints; Companies House insolvency endpoints; Alternative original Gazette PDFs.

- **F24** (documented): The GTS first Gazette gives publication 10 March 2026. The final Gazette distinguishes strike-off 19 May 2026 from dissolution 26 May 2026. Limitation: PDF text parsers issued warnings, but both rendered pages are legible. No inference about assets, insolvency or reason beyond indexed voluntary strike-off.
- **F34** (documented): National Archives Find Case Law searches Capitalixe, exact Global Treasury Solutions, exact Pinnacle Global Payment Solutions, Ivan Kovachev and Elena Kovacheva each returned no matching results. Limitation: Incomplete archive; not routinely all County/Crown/Magistrates judgments; no inference of no proceedings, complaints, liabilities or private disputes. People queries alone cannot identify a case actor.
- **F35** (documented): GOV.UK Employment Tribunal exact Capitalixe and quoted Global Treasury Solutions queries each returned 0 decisions. Limitation: Broad unquoted query produced 8,756 term-overlap results and is not a negative result. No conclusion about all litigation, arbitration or employment disputes.
- **F37** (unverified): Direct Gazette search endpoints returned HTTP 202 empty bodies. GTS and Capitalixe CH insolvency endpoints returned HTTP 500. Original GTS Gazette documents were instead fetched from its filing index and reviewed. Limitation: Neither 202 nor 500 means no notices/insolvency. No TLS bypass or restricted access attempted.

Limitation: LinkedIn rendition not an official legal footer; no historical domain owner or client evidence. RDAP 404 is not historical non-registration. Search tool retrieval exact second was not recorded; no fabricated precise timestamp. Ordinary HTTP and HTTPS requests to apex and www variants all failed DNS resolution; no active scan or alternative TLS route was attempted.

Limitation: Does not identify the registrant, establish website content or launch, attribute the domain to UK company 15907803, or prove trading. The public registrar follow-up returned HTTP 429.
- **F40** (documented): The impactcapital.ltd registry records registration on 24 September 2023, a transfer event on 28 September 2026 and current registrar Cloudflare. Registrar RDAP exposes CH/Vaud while redacting the registrant name. Limitation: A registry transfer event is not proof of a beneficial ownership transfer. CH/Vaud does not identify the Swiss company or any case subject.
- **F41** (documented): Impact’s jobs and news pages display “Content coming soon”. Its finance page advertises generic brokerage and DeFi services focused on Sub-Saharan Africa, without naming case subjects or customers in the reviewed text. Limitation: Does not prove that the business does not trade or has no customers, or that the advertised services have actually been supplied.
- **F42** (unverified): FINMA exact-name authorisation search displayed 0 results; separate SRO search was inconclusive and the current cantonal extract returned an application error. Limitation: No licence-necessity, membership, lawful/unlawful-activity or current-ownership conclusion follows from these query/access results.

Specific unresolved point: No GTS HTTPS content/bridge; expired certificate, archive failures, redacted registrant and unavailable current extract remain specific blockers.

Next useful action: Retain the supported registration events; require a dated GTS-to-Impact capture or attributable transaction.

### L18 · What does the official UAE licence establish about the Capitalixe brand and remaining legal scope?

Origin: Global site linked Capitalixe.ae. Priority: High. Disposition: **blocked**.

Searches performed: Regional home/team/contact/FAQ/privacy; Arabic privacy; Primary Dubai announcement and linked press; Brochure physically reviewed; Linked UAE directory and exact entity/licence-name combinations; Official Dubai public name query Capitalixe: 33 fuzzy results; exact CAPITALIXE L.L.C-FZ row; Exact DUL DE7567 detail and portal-generated PDF download; Meydan and national-register alternatives; preserve actual access gates.

- **F43** (documented): Capitalixe’s .ae and Arabic privacy notices identify Capitalixe Limited and a UK postal contact, while the websites explicitly link the .com global site. Limitation: No company number in this notice. The shared name/address supports attribution to the case-confirmed UK business but does not establish the legal counterparty for every UAE service, ownership of .ae, a UAE branch or a separate UAE entity. Subsequently S101–S103 identify a separate official UAE licence and contact; the privacy notices still do not establish contracting allocation or ownership.
- **F44** (documented): Capitalixe publicly describes a Dubai expansion involving both Ivan Kovachev and Lissele Pratt; the primary page displays 15 October 2025 and trade press displays 13–14 October 2025. Limitation: Repeated press-release wording is not independent verification of relocation, incorporation or transactions. This announcement does not identify the exact UAE legal name/licence or a GTS/Impact link; the separate official licence discovery is F46. These dates are publisher-displayed dates, not independently archived first availability.
- **F45** (documented): The linked UAE FinTech directory describes Capitalixe as London-headquartered, founded in 2019 by Lissele and Ivan, with global locations; it does not supply a UAE corporate identifier. Limitation: Unclear directory source and update process; not official company registration evidence. Miramar Media LLC in the footer belongs to the directory publisher, not Capitalixe. Adjacent Bybit licensing story concerns Bybit, not Capitalixe. The absence of a licence identifier in this publisher directory was superseded by official Dubai DUL DE7567 (F46); publisher and neighbouring-entry information must still not be attributed to Capitalixe.
- **F15** (documented): Capitalixe’s website presents Elena as a senior consultant. Limitation: Website association, not contract/access-rights evidence or proof of particular actions.
- **F30** (documented): Capitalixe public January 2025 introducer brochure describes commissions for successful referrals and an intermediary/provider model; its partnerships page invites commercial introducers. Limitation: The brochure supplies no provider/customer names, signed agreement, invoices, commissions actually earned, precise UAE legal entity or licence. The separate official UAE licence discovery is F46. The no-exclusivity marketing statement concerns introducers; it is not co-director conflict consent or authority to operate GTS. Cover, path and mutable PDF dates do not establish public availability in January or February 2025.
- **F46** (documented): Official Dubai DUL detail identifies active CAPITALIXE L.L.C-FZ, DE7567 / licence 2205459.01, issued 23 December 2022 and expiring 22 December 2026, with Management Consultancy Activities and contact ivan@capitalixe.com. Limitation: Official public licence/contact record. It does not identify shareholders, beneficial owners or managers, prove who personally supplied the contact, establish the contracting operator of every Capitalixe website/service, or connect this entity to GTS.
- **F47** (unverified): Follow-through using exact UAE company/licence/DUL and contact identifiers found no attributable owner/manager or GTS/Impact/customer bridge in the returned public results. Meydan’s portal requires sign-in; Growth interaction timed out after its homepage loaded. Limitation: Bounded search and access observations, not proof that records or relationships do not exist. No account/login, form submission or security bypass was attempted. The successful official licence and contact finding F46 remains supported.

Specific unresolved point: The UAE licence, activity and capitalixe.com contact bridge are documented. Public detail/PDF do not expose shareholders/managers or allocate website contracts. Exact identifier/contact queries supplied no attributable GTS bridge; Meydan portal sign-in and later Growth interaction timeout limit further ordinary public review. Neither is a no-record finding.

Next useful action: Use exact DUL DE7567 / licence 2205459.01 for an authorised original company extract or existing contract/invoice; establish owners/managers and contractual allocation before attributing relationships.

### L19 · What commercial activity is evidenced beyond generic service language?

Origin: Capitalixe actual public brochure and named publicity. Priority: Medium. Disposition: **supported**.

Searches performed: Original introducer PDF; Partnerships page; Anonymous forex case study; Named Started PR announcement and own testimonial; Regional duplicate brochure hash comparison.

- **F31** (documented): Capitalixe publishes an anonymous forex brokerage case study dated 22 October 2025 concerning Mauritius/Seychelles entities and unnamed financial institutions. Limitation: No identifiable client or bank to cross-match to GTS; results are publisher claims, not independently evidenced transactions.
- **F32** (documented): A 4 September 2025 FFNews announcement says Capitalixe appointed Started PR; Started PR own site features Lissele Pratt/Capitalixe testimonial. Limitation: Does not corroborate advertised growth/customer counts or identify GTS business. No contact made.

Next useful action: Require signed contracts, named counterparty documents or commission records for actual GTS overlap/diversion.

## Capture and attribution controls

- Successful content retrieval, blocked/empty response and requester testimony use different statuses. Gazette direct endpoints returned 202 empty and insolvency endpoints 500; their successful retrieval timestamps stay null. Original Gazette PDFs were obtained through a different public route.
- Exact FCA and FINMA no-result queries are bounded public search observations, not regulatory clearance or illegality findings. Find Case Law coverage is incomplete; broad unquoted tribunal search returned 8,756 term-overlap results and is not a negative finding.
- Pinnacle accounts’ turnover belongs to Pinnacle’s unaudited historical period. No common customer, asset transfer or GTS successor agreement was found. Distinct company 06459172 is excluded.
- Official Dubai detail and portal PDF list a business contact at capitalixe.com. They do not disclose owners/managers or establish the operator of every website contract. Other reviewers’ service/CAPTCHA errors do not invalidate the positive root-agent capture and are not zero-result findings.
- The same introducer PDF at two hosts is one source by SHA-256 with alternate URLs retained. Original filed documents and portal PDF are copied unchanged for local review, with previews and page locations. Raw external HTML is preserved as evidence, never executed as application content.
- Only the requester brief text is an original supplied attachment. No original WhatsApp screenshots, exports, emails or attachments underlying the quoted claims were found. Person-level identification and legal conclusions remain separate. The requester confirms no denial occurred.

## Remaining finite evidence gaps

Attributable GTS trading and actual client/asset overlap; case-specific disclosures/consent; the GTS-to-Impact historical bridge; named mailbox use and the March 2025 field; current ownership continuity; the intended Desmell entity/Elena bridge; UAE owners/managers and contracting allocation. These require identified records rather than continued inference from generic infrastructure or names.

## Focused treasury-domain pass · L20

Origin: Focused requester question linking both treasury domains and company15907803.

Question: Who operates globaltreasury.solutions, and is there a public domain/company bridge?

Priority: High. Disposition: **blocked**.

Searches performed:

- Official company role records and all five original filings: 36 pages; text, image content, metadata and URI annotations
- Exact individual email, legal-name/number/domain and site-limited legal/PDF queries in two public tools
- Indexed home and discovered /contact; privacy label followed through legal/controller queries, candidate paths, robots and sitemap
- Fresh registry RDAP and bounded registrar follow-up; historical global DNS and MX coverage
- CertSpotter current unexpired set, documented pagination and SPKI/SAN comparison; RIPE allocation records
- Internet Archive closest-accessible API and documentation; Arquivo exact-root histories; distinct Common Crawl indexes/root/domain queries; existing urlscan30-day scope
- Ordinary browser navigation and validated HTTP retrieval; no certificate exception

Findings:

- **F48** (documented): Indexed Treasury Solutions homepage and /contact publish info@treasurysolutions.com; neither returned page names a legal operator or company 15907803. Limit: Indexed representations, not live legal notices. Direct requests and browser navigation failed DNS; exact crawl/publication and search completion times are unknown. This general address does not establish use of the two supplied personal mailboxes.
- **F49** (documented): WhoisFreaks places the globaltreasury.solutions A/AAAA/NS configuration first seen 24 January 2026 and last seen 9 August 2026. Limit: Provider index observations, not launch, continuous activity, trading or named ownership. The registry registration, certificate event and DNS first observation remain distinct dates.
- **F50** (documented): The five returned unexpired treasurysolutions.com certificates include November 2026 validity starts; none names globaltreasury.solutions or matches the preserved global certificate public key. Limit: Bounded comparison of five current mail certificates with one expired global certificate. Not complete historical coverage, proof of separate owners, live website operation, mailbox use or post-dissolution trading. Validity starts are not exact issuance/human-action timestamps.
- **F51** (documented): Additional archive APIs supplied no accessible global root snapshot; the mail-domain closest capture is the known August 2024 lander. Arquivo.pt returned zero for both exact root inputs. Limit: Empty availability may mean unarchived or currently inaccessible and is not a complete capture/path inventory. Service-specific zero results and Common Crawl failures do not prove no site or connection existed.
- **F52** (documented): A focused review of all five preserved GTS filings, 36 pages, found no disclosure identifying either target domain or supplied mailbox as company 15907803’s operational contact. Limit: This is the local review time, not a new acquisition of the unchanged originals. Absence in these public filings does not prove non-use or separate ownership; internal/company-service records were not available.
- **F53** (unverified): The operator of globaltreasury.solutions and its proposed links to treasurysolutions.com and company 15907803 remain unestablished in the retrieved public evidence. Limit: This does not prove the domains are unrelated or disprove the requester. Official roles, supplied addresses, similar services, timing, registrar/provider identities and a reported onward route do not close the missing legal/operator bridge.

Specific blocker: No named global-domain operator or direct domain/company document recovered. Global TLS expiry, Treasury website DNS failures, Common Crawl504 and registrar429 are access limits. Successful empty API responses have restricted URL/time/service coverage. Public filings omit operating domains; supplied mailbox use remains unverified.

Exact next actions:

- A dated legal notice, archived company-number-bearing document or contract/invoice naming the legal operator would close attribution.
- Original .eml correspondence with headers and contemporaneous signature/counterparty records could test actual use of the supplied personal addresses.
- An attributable domain/hosting/mail-service customer record could identify control; a dated cross-link/redirect would establish routing only.
- Revisit failed archive/registrar/legal-page routes only when access or a concrete identifier changes; do not treat their failures as negative records.

See [the focused report](domain-connection-investigation.md) for the evidence matrix, original URLs, retrieval timestamps and branch logs. No additional accessible named operator emerged in final review.

## Network connection pass · 5 November 2026

The user-directed expansion followed loose and multi-hop connections between the identified Ivan/Elena/Capitalixe/Pinnacle side and the Global/Impact/Zinga/portfolio side. The sides are research groupings, not assertions of common ownership.

### L21 · How specific is the Global-to-Impact technical path?

Disposition: **supported**. Origin: New shared custom-host and historical DNS identifiers.

- **F54** (documented): globaltreasury.solutions and mail.zingalabs.org independently resolve to 83.228.211.130; Impact, GRiOT and Zinga MX records point to that custom mail host. Limitation: DNS configuration observation, not a subscriber, legal ownership, mailbox-control, customer or transaction identification. This is not an observed HTTP redirect, nor attribution to UK company 15907803.
- **F55** (documented): Provider-labelled Global A history (24 January–9 August 2026) and Zinga mail-host A history (7 November 2025–28 June 2026) contain the same IPv4; the intervals overlap 24 January–28 June 2026. Limitation: First/last-seen endpoints do not certify continuous daily resolution, legal control, launch or trading. Anonymous history can be stale.
- **F77** (inference): A conditional multi-hop path runs Ivan → filed GTS director/control → name-based Global-domain hypothesis → documented shared IPv4/custom MX → Impact. Limitation: The GTS-company → Global domain step is a name-based hypothesis only, not a requester-asserted association. This complete path cannot be represented as documented ownership or common control; it does not repair the missing attribution edge.

Next action: Follow a dated attributable operator, contract, domain-acquisition instruction or named counterparty record that resolves the explicit missing step.

### L22 · Does Side A domain attribution bridge to Side B?

Disposition: **blocked**. Origin: Official .ae WHOIS and exact configuration keys.

- **F56** (documented): Official .ae WHOIS records IvanKovachev and Capitalixe LLC-FZ as registrant and technical contacts for capitalixe.ae. Limitation: Registrant-filed name/organization strings; compare LLC-FZ versus the official licence legal name explicitly. No Side B domain attribution follows.
- **F57** (documented): Captured Capitalixe.com/.ae HTML shares GTM-NV9KVKH, HubSpot 24898650 and Hotjar 3114726. No cross-A/B tracking-key or anchor-link match was found in the compared successful HTML set. Limitation: 60 successful captures across ten roots; Global, Pinnacle and TreasurySolutions.com lacked successful modern HTML and were excluded from that comparison. Same keys may reflect service providers, not equity.
- **F74** (unverified): Bounded exact actor/domain/legal-ID and public contact cross-pairs supplied no attributable direct A/B contract, transaction, shared principal or professional relationship in reviewed results. Limitation: Public-index search precision/coverage is incomplete; relaxed/generic/name-only hits were excluded. No absence conclusion or proof that networks are unrelated. Raw query batches and exact request starts remain in the branch index.

Specific gap: Official Capitalixe registrant/contact and within-brand keys are supported; no named Side B registrant, matched cross-side key or verified GTS/domain operator.

Next action: Follow a dated attributable operator, contract, domain-acquisition instruction or named counterparty record that resolves the explicit missing step.

### L23 · What do the new Swiss person/business records establish?

Disposition: **supported**. Origin: Impact historic manager full name and exact official records.

- **F62** (documented): Official 2016 Swiss notices identify Impact as the renamed G & M Trading Sàrl, CHE-464.300.033, and record both former associates transferring their 100 parts to Mouanfon Ngouh Yacouba, then managing president. Limitation: Historic official publication, not a certified current owner/beneficial-owner extract. Former associates are not presumed currently involved.
- **F63** (documented): Original Swiss notices grant Mouanfon Ngouh Yacouba, Cameroon/Lausanne, joint procuration at J.P. Morgan (Suisse) SA in December 2017 and remove it in July 2019. Limitation: Strong full-name/nationality/city correspondence to the Impact manager. Signing authority is not bank ownership, a customer relation, complete employment dates or an adverse finding; revocation does not establish when employment ended.
- **F64** (documented): Official Zefix identifies deleted Art Media Classifieds Yacouba Mouanfon Ngouh, CHE-229.935.071, with the full name and near-identical Impact building address; historical notices culminate in deletion on 7 January 2022. Limitation: Art Media is a separate sole proprietorship. Its historical bankruptcy/suspension/deletion does not establish Impact bankruptcy, Side A liability or misconduct; de/du street spellings are retained.
- **F66** (documented): The French official API lists AN GLOBALRIDE AND SERVICES, SIREN 927789230, active, created 16 April 2024, with President ABASS NJOYA NGOUH. Limitation: The reordered name matches a former Impact associate only as a candidate: Swiss notice supplies no DOB to compare. Same-person identity and any Side A relationship remain unverified.

Next action: Follow a dated attributable operator, contract, domain-acquisition instruction or named counterparty record that resolves the explicit missing step.

### L24 · Which operator or infrastructure links are actually disclosed?

Disposition: **blocked**. Origin: Advertised portfolio links and custom MX targets.

- **F65** (documented): Impact advertises a dual-studio portfolio with Zinga. GRiOT terms expressly name Impact Sàrl CHE-464.300.033; Zinga names an unnamed Swiss partner, Swisscofunding claims an unresolved AG, and 101RE leaves its parent unnamed. Limitation: Portfolio branding does not establish equity. Swisscofunding official name-query zero is bounded, not nonexistence. Do not substitute Impact for an unnamed operator or infer current common ownership.
- **F58** (documented): 101RE and Afriklease share mail.viplink.club as MX target, resolving to 5.189.165.168. Agriland uses separate mail.agriland.io routing. Limitation: DNS configuration observation, not a subscriber, legal ownership, mailbox-control, customer or transaction identification.
- **F69** (documented): Agrimine’s about page names Yacouba Mouanfon Founder & CEO and markets a pre-launch platform; its public business contact and Zinga contact identifiers were followed. Limitation: Shortened-name professional claim, not an independent registry identity match or proof of actual transactions. Exact contact cross-pair searches produced no attributable A-side bridge.
- **F68** (documented): B.R. Solutions publishes a portfolio claim of SwissCoFunding design and dynamic-form work. Limitation: Vendor self-claim: current-site/legal-operator continuity is unresolved and no Side A vendor match was found. Older brand literature is not automatically today’s entity.

Specific gap: Portfolio inclusion is not equity; Zinga unnamed Swiss partner, Swisscofunding AG UID, 101RE unnamed parent and historical vendor continuity unresolved.

Next action: Follow a dated attributable operator, contract, domain-acquisition instruction or named counterparty record that resolves the explicit missing step.

### L25 · Do loose professional/industry paths identify a shared counterparty?

Disposition: **not-established**. Origin: Professional post, bank-brand paths, event and exact contact follow-through.

- **F71** (unverified): An indexed authored Emanuel Movtady LinkedIn post thanks a tagged account named yacouba mouanfon ngouh for professional platform-development feedback. Limitation: Tagged profile href, location and Swiss-person identity unresolved; relative dates are not exact publication dates. No Impact legal entity or A-side pair match; co-tags are not presumed relationships.
- **F67** (inference): Capitalixe articles use JPMorgan as generic banking/product examples. A Barclays aggregator claim for the Yacouba name plus Lissele banking-provider examples remains an incomplete candidate chain. Limitation: A-side material names a global/US bank brand, not the Swiss entity. Barclays employment is unverified without primary dates; no shared banker, contract, introduction, payment or actor interaction follows.
- **F75** (documented): A Money20/20-issued 3 April 2026 release names Lissele as a speaker and JPMorgan among many participating bank brands; the official session page lists her with Ripple, Paxos Labs and Yellow Card, not JPMorgan. Limitation: Published institutional event overlap only. Swiss legal-entity identity, Yacouba attendance/current role, meetings or contracts are not shown. Current agenda and earlier release schedules differ; announcement does not prove attendance.

Specific gap: No primary Barclays employment dates, tagged-person identity, precise bank-entity bridge, meeting, actual contract or common customer.

Next action: Follow a dated attributable operator, contract, domain-acquisition instruction or named counterparty record that resolves the explicit missing step.

### L26 · Does timing reveal a substantive corporate or cross-side change?

Disposition: **supported**. Origin: Same-date and nearby-date filings/pages.

- **F76** (inference): Capitalixe accounts filing and globaltreasury.solutions registry registration share 22 January 2026; this is a weak cross-network date alignment. Limitation: Calendar coincidence only: no shared filing operator, acquisition instruction, contract, controller or causation is established. Policy self-dates and seven-day proximity are even weaker context.
- **F70** (documented): Capitalixe CH01 and PSC04 received 27 February 2026 change Lissele Pratt’s country usually resident to Portugal, effective 15 February 2026. Limitation: These original forms do not disclose a share transfer, control-band change, officer departure or named submitter. Receipt one day after GTS DS01 is timing context, not a Side B bridge.
- **F72** (documented): Capitalixe currently credits Elena on an article labelled 12 February 2026, seven days before GTS DS01 signatures; structured data records later modification on 30 September 2026 and a precise professional profile. Limitation: Current byline/content is not proved to have existed in February because the page was later modified. No causation, transfer or Swiss-side link follows from proximity.

Next action: Follow a dated attributable operator, contract, domain-acquisition instruction or named counterparty record that resolves the explicit missing step.

The positive result is specific infrastructure within Side B, plus official .ae registrant strings within Side A. The conditional NI02 path contains a name-based GTS-company/domain hypothesis, not requester testimony; it is not a documented ownership chain. No source repair is attempted by substituting shared Cloudflare, banking commentary, a conference brand or date coincidence for the missing attribution.

New original PDFs: SHAB procuration grant/removal and Capitalixe CH01/PSC04. All four were visually reviewed and copied unchanged with SHA-256; aggregate local original count is 22. Portfolio links are public marketing associations; legal operator disclosures remain separate. The exact tagged Yacouba profile, primary Barclays dates, current Swisscofunding AG identifier, 101RE parent, vendor continuity and actual cross-side counterparty remain explicit finite gaps.
