# Capitalixe official Dubai licence follow-up

Research date: 5 November 2026. Findings UAD01–UAD03. This follow-up supersedes the earlier absence of a precise UAE identifier in the website-only inquiry. It establishes an official public licence record and a brand-domain contact link, while leaving ownership and contracting attribution unresolved.

## UAD01 — Official Dubai record names CAPITALIXE L.L.C-FZ

The [Invest in Dubai public directory](https://app.invest.dubai.ae/search-license) accepts English business names, Arabic names, licence numbers or Dubai Unified Licence numbers. An ordinary public search for **Capitalixe** returned an exact row for **CAPITALIXE L.L.C-FZ**, followed to its [public detail](https://app.invest.dubai.ae/dul/dul-DE7567?bk=1). No login or CAPTCHA completion was needed for the successful search and detail capture.

The public detail also publishes a mobile number, retained in the source capture and PDF. The ordinary Download control supplied a one-page directory PDF reproducing the fields. Both the browser detail and the rendered PDF were visually checked. Search result captured **2026-11-05T12:07:11.251Z**; detail captured **12:09:33.038Z**. The PDF download was completed by **12:12:37.846621 UTC**, an upper bound recorded after copying, rendering and review, not a separately logged exact download time. PDF SHA-256: `bf6057c4da79d13927410c7f6212f37b9b36859d8a03ef27a756fefb5e57f939`.

This is stronger than a coincidental brand-name match: the official record itself publishes an email at the established Capitalixe domain. It documents a UAE licence associated with that domain. The record does **not** identify shareholders, beneficial owners, directors or managers; authenticate who submitted its contact details; or prove that this entity is the counterparty to every `.ae`/`.com` service. The issue date is the field displayed for the licence, not a verified incorporation date or first trading date. A commercial consultancy licence does not itself establish permission for any particular regulated financial service. No GTS, Impact Capital or diverted-client relationship is shown.

## UAD02 — Issuer and national-register follow-through

**Issuer route.** The official [Meydan verification guide](https://www.meydanfz.ae/blog/trade-license-verification-uae) was followed to its [name-check page](https://www.meydanfz.ae/name-check) and [customer portal](https://portal.meydanfz.ae/frontend/login). The name-check workflow is prospective business-name availability and company setup; it requests contact details and contact consent. It is not a populated existing-company ownership record. The portal presents email/password sign-in. No contact form was submitted, no account was created and no login was attempted. Official HTML, visible portal text and screenshot are preserved. Exact public searches for the full legal name, DE7567 and 2205459.01 produced no attributable additional company detail in the returned results; unrelated identifier matches were excluded.

**National register route.** The Ministry's published [Growth national register](https://www.growth.gov.ae/G2C/) link was opened. Its Arabic homepage visibly offered economic-licence enquiries. The English control produced no observed state change; subsequent interaction and state retrieval timed out in this browser session. This is a recorded session access limit, not a zero-result search or a claim that Growth has no additional information. The populated homepage screenshot and observation log are retained. No CAPTCHA, authentication or security interstitial was bypassed.

## UAD03 — Exact public contact searches supply no attributable case bridge

One focused batch searched `"ivan@capitalixe.com" "Global Treasury"`, `"+447450266844"`, and `"ivan@capitalixe.com" "Impact"`. Returned material supplied no attributable GTS/Impact bridge or named customer/transaction. A Capitalixe self-published March 2024 interview and professional profiles surfaced as broad keyword matches; these repeat marketing claims about revenue and anonymous clients and do not answer the contact-identifier or GTS questions. They were not treated as independently verified trading evidence. Query strings and bounded outcomes are preserved in `followup-log.json`.

**Transient errors do not negate the positive record.** A separate reviewer attempt on the front-end business-directory page displayed both “no results” and service/reCAPTCHA connection errors, while another application attempt displayed an error. Those captures are preserved as failures, not negative findings. The successful official search, exact detail and downloaded PDF govern UAD01.

The actionable directory lead has reached a public record endpoint and original downloadable output. Ownership, a website contracting role, first trading, specific clients and GTS/Impact linkage remain precisely defined gaps. Nothing here establishes misconduct, concealment or diversion. The original UK business remains requester-confirmed as CAPITALIXE LTD 11853977, a separate legal identifier from this UAE entity.

## Preservation

The source folder is [sources/pass-2-uae-directory](sources/pass-2-uae-directory/). Capture metadata distinguishes exact observations from upper bounds. `manifest.json` records SHA-256 hashes and sizes for the branch files; it is an integrity inventory, not independent authentication. No external communication or publishing occurred.
